Ramesh was an excellent guide. he explained everything well and gave me enough time to slowly look around and take photos. The transport was quick, efficient and on time. The driver, Baskar was very nice and accommodating. It was an excellent experience!

Kannan is an amazing tour guide who really knows what Mahabalipuram is all about (and he probably knows what many other places are all about). He's an eloquent speaker and is really passionate about the places that we visited that day. It felt like an exciting history class. During the day I had Kannan and one other fellow discuss the various places. It's a fairly paced tour, the tour itself takes about an hour for travel each way, the structures, temples, monuments; and then the food. I would not hesitate to refer/use them again on my other trips back to India. Fantastic experience. Thank you!

I have a great time on my day trip to Mahabalipuram! It was wonderful not to have to worry about anything - tolls, breakfast, lunch, arranging a cab, getting a tour guide...My shoe broke during the tour and they provided a temporary fix then took me to a shop where I could buy another pair of shoes. Vijay picked me up with a driver, then in Mahabalipuram we were joined by a local tour guide. I am glad to see them working towards sustainable tourism - I enjoyed the local tour guide, but was happy to also have Vijay around who answered questions and interpreted when I didn't quite understand. We went to a stone carving shop that was owned by a relative of the local tour guide where I picked up a couple of souvenirs. We stopped for lunch at a gorgeous restaurant with an ocean view. We also made a special stop to DakshinaChitra and toured representations of the southern states of India. Vijay took pictures during the tour and shared them with me and answered many questions about India. I definitely got more out visiting Mahabalipuram this way then I would have had I wondered around there on my own. Now to find those sunken monuments!

Je recommande vivement ce tour. J'ai été accompagnée par un guide Kannan qui connait beaucoup de détails sur l'histoire et les lieux visités, le tour a été vraiment intéressant et se déroulait dans une très bonne ambiance. L'autre point important pour moi est qu'il n'y avait pas de visites des magasins avec des souvenirs etc, nous avons passé le temps à visiter les monuments, les temples. J'ai également apprécié le lunch proposé.
