We are located at 300 E Monroe Street. This is on the corner of Columbus Drive and Monroe. We are located down a staircase. LOOK FOR SIGNS that say segway tours. Walk down the stairs. If you are walking towards the lake we are on the left-hand side of the street.

This activity will end right where it started.
  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Not recommended for pregnant travellers
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Minimum age is 12 years old
  • Minimum weight 100 lbs. (45.5 kg)
  • Maximum weight 260 lbs. (118 kg)
  • Dress code is for an outdoor activity. Please wear close-toed shoes and layers depending on the season. Ponchos will be provided if it rains.
  • Tours and training are conducted in English
  • Participants must be able to stand unassisted for the duration of the tour and must be able to ascend a flight of stairs without assistance.
  • Operates in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately.
  • All participants are required to sign a waiver and release form.
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Travellers should have a moderate physical fitness level

Booked this tour with a group of friends who came from out of town. We could not have asked for a better experience! Ive lived in Chicago my whole life, and I learned things I had never known! The Segways were easy to use, and fun to ride on. We had more fun that we expected on this tour. The info that was presented along the way was interesting and its a good way to cover a lot of ground in a short amount of time. We were also late to the training, but they were very accommodating and nice about it. We're also locals, and still enjoyed it just as much as the tourists.

It was the best time ever. Even thought the weather was not the best Rusty was fun, informative and sensitive to a few of us who at the beginning were a bit hesitant. He is a great teacher and someone I would tell friends to ask for if they were planning to do this in the city.

Totally loved Rusty, our tour guide. He knew his stuff and made it hilarious. The only down fall I would say is we needed more breaks. The lady in the office said they stop by bathrooms and gift shops so people can get off, walk, drink, shop, and use restroom. We did stop, but no where at a restroom or a place to get food and drink. We could have used that. By the end, a few of us were hurting for the bathroom.
