All though 60 seconds isn't enough time if you are in big group, its just right for a couple to do.
Stepping out on the deck is not for the faint of heart, if you are afraid of heights you may hyperventilate.
Long queues in general line, poor assistance from staff— recommend Fast Track especially if you have mobility issues or back problems

The sky deck was obviously the most fun part, but the history provided on the way to the deck was helpful to understanding why skyscrapers were built And the views were very impressive.

It was very nice walking through and being able to eat something while there …. Loved the views from the 103 floor of Chicago ! I would have rated is a 5 star if there would areas to sit and relax with an appetizer and drink from the top … other that it was great !

Need to make it clear that the sky box doesn’t tilt and maybe do like 3 minutes not 2 just not enough time . And I didn’t like the fact that we had to share the box
