Great experience at costa maya

Was a great tour. Unfortunately our atv's had a few mechanical problems. However the people there were super friendly. The lunch and open bar was great and the food was super delicious. Overal i left the place feeling super happy.

WE arrived on time but ended up waiting for over 25 minutes..like no one knew we were there. We had a nice driver..but did not speak english.. we went down some very pothole ridden roads for about 45 min..he went very fast and so bumpy it was not enjoyable. We ended up at the old resort with a few worn chairs . The food was very good and the waitress..but the beach was tiny and the ocean was smelly when we were there..took a few showers to get rid of the stink. I was hoping for more of an enjoyable day and a nicer place.

The excursion was supposed to be 3 hours. The atv ride was only 30 minutes. Took us on streets no trail riding. Stayed in first gear the whole time. Was not fun at all.

This was a lot of fun. The little beach restaurant served the best fish tacos and chimichangas we've ever had. They were gracious and fun, and have very, very good massage people for a beach massage. The tour operator was very good about getting us from one place to the other, without any confusion.

Awesome tour!!! Charlie was the absolute best tour guide! The food was decent but the 2 hour open bar we got made up for it. I highly recommend this excursion!!!!

The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The route for the ATV ride could have been more adventurous but still fun. The lunch and open bar was a relaxing end to the tour. Beach location was great and they offer beachside massage for an extra fee.

Atv experience and the hour lunch/bar drinks was awesome! However, we were supposed to have a ride back to port after lunch. Our atv guide dropped us off at lunch and said bye and we had to find a taxi back. Still a super fun experience, the description of the excursion needs to be changed though.

Driving around town in an ATV was a great and unique experience. Our ages ranged from 18-74. The guide was terrific! He shared really interesting information from a "local" perspective. The only negative was several of the ATVs had some issues. the chain on mine came off twice which kinda slowed the group down. Two others in our group shared that theirs were pretty slow and one said it sounded like the chain was going to come off at any time. The lunch and service were terrific -- along with the beach. Overall this was a great excursion -- highly recommend and I would do it again.

The atv tour went to a light house and then down a road which was nothing but litter, trash, and in some parts raw sewage. They never slowed down to look at the ocean or anything else (not that there was much of interest). Lunch had poor service and selection and not much in the line of drinks. Beach was not nice at all

The photos I took with my children. The host was rude and uninviting. The did not say anything throughout the tour, not even an introduction. I feel like i learnedThey just drove and we followed through busy streets and towns. Not much sightseeing.... food and drinks was awful.... I wasted my hard earned money. I've been on atv tours before and I can give some tips on how it should be done!

This excursion was not as expected nor was it as described. First, there was a lunch + open bar offered for after the ATV tour which we were forced to do before the ATV. This was my initial dislike being that they now expecting us to operate a motorized vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Secondly, the “restaurant” they brought us to took two hours to serve us our food and it wasn’t even good. Next, we kept getting told our ATV’s would arrive “in 5 minutes” but never came until about an hour later. After finally getting onto our ATV’s, the “tour” that we were taken on was a couple of back streets and 20 minutes later we were brought back and expected to walk all the way back to our port after being transported there. I would never recommend this excursion to anyone, ever.

Worst Tour Ever

Terrible experience. The ATV would shut down as I was driving. The trip was on semi paved road, single file, at a top speed of approx 5 miles per hour. The lunch portion was on the beach. Drinks seemed watered down, food was a 1 out of 10, and lot of pressure at the end for tips. We won’t be signing up for future tours if this is one of your vetted tours.
