When you get off the cruise, you will have to look for the exit from the port. From there, walk straight until you find a pyramid, 50 meters further on on the left you will find your meeting point (Catrina Restaurant) Once at the meeting point, we will take care of looking for your transportation to the beach

Jackie and Gwen helped us all day. They were kind and helpful. The massages were delightful, and have the option of extending it to a full hour. Food was super yummy! Chips were fresh made. Went with my 10 and 12 year old, they snorkled and played on the kayak that were provided. The walk to the meeting restaurant was a little far, but well worth it, we were greeted with soda and ddrinks.would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed the service Gayle provided. Food was very good. Massage was nice as well.instructions to meeting point were somewhat difficult, very long walk from the pier. Taxi wanted us to pay both directions even though it claimed it was included. Beach wasn’t that nice. Many vendors.

Great relaxing excursion

This was a great excursion! When we arrived we had a covered bed area and another bed area that was open (excursion was booked for 4 people) . The beach was not crowded and we felt cared for. The family was attentive and brought us drinks and chips and salsa all day. The salsa was DELICIOUS! The lunch we ordered was also great. The massages were so relaxing! But be okay to tell them to increase or decrease the pressure as needed. For $35 extra dollars you can increase from 30 to 60min. It was somewhat difficult to find Catrina’s restaurant. And it is OVERWHELMING to walk through the port area. So many people trying to get your attention for you to buy something, over stimulation! Also, the excursions description talked about snorkeling. There really isn’t any snorkeling. The beach is sectioned off and the water at the beach is shallow and so clear no snorkeling necessary. You can pay for a bot to take you out snorkeling. We were confused about the netting around the beach area but it keeps the seaweed out and made the beach water beautiful even is the bet is an eye sore. Lots of peddlers! That can be overwhelming but that is unavoidable. Just tell them no thank you and they will move on. Loved that they handled all the taxis for us!!! Overall GREAT!!! If I could give 4.5 stars, I would!

Wow!! True Mexican hospitality.

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to come here! The staff was incredible!!! There wasn’t a moment we needed anything. Cabs from the pick up point were paid for as was our cab to rerun to the ship. The food and drinks were first class! You have to try the chimichanga!!! The drinks were not watered down and the bar staff recommended some cool drinks to us (the Electric Lemonade and their Mud Slide were amazing). It is a mom and pop, locally operated, female-owned business. We had a blast!!! Our whole family had massages. They even accommodated for our 5 daughters to get massages. Even the 6 year old!! The beach was beautiful and relaxing and we had beds made up and ready for us. We found out that the beach is netted off to protect one of the largest barrier reefs in the world. It wasn’t a vibe kill at all though. The girls took some lovely naps there. There are quite a few locals who want to sell their necklaces and souvenirs, and the girls had a blast bargaining for their purchases. It can ve overwhelming at times, but a simple “No, thank you” or “No, gracias” was enough to have the vendors stop. Some of the reviews here painted a different picture, so I’m glad we didn’t listen. My 5 daughters, wife, and I will come back for sure. If you want some authentic Mexican food and true Mexican hospitality, look no further than here!

I’m giving this experience a 3 star only because of the staff. They were wonderful. It was by far a VIP experience. We were put in front of palm tree in a little hut that had torn sheets and cushions that looked like they had never been washed. The linen covering the hit was torn and the pillows were lumps of cloth. Every 4 min you had a vendor coming up to you to sell something. If you want to be ina quiet nice place “VIP” place. Do not choose this experience. The are looked like a war zone to be honest and the water was blocked off. Not beautiful like we imagined.

If you black stay away from these people don’t go waist your money with them. I booked the vip massage all inclusive package when I get there they were trying to put me to cooking classes I never booked for this then the lady was trying to charge me for my 4 years old boy that was supposed to be free cause their charges started as age 5 the small portion food they served me and my daughter was terrible

Everything was wonderful… Loli our hostess and chu chu our bartender were fantastic as well as the food, drinks massage, and ambiance. Small beach But I couldn’t get in due to a leg injury and with some crutches in a wheelchair. But they all took such good care of me….

This was a great very local experience. It’s a small little establishment right on the beach. Drinks and food were amazing and we felt totally cared for on this excursion. Right when we arrived the owner ( Jackie) greeted us and said “welcome to my place. Here you are family”. The massage was awesome the food was incredible and the drinks were really good and they kept coming around asking what else we would like. Overall just a great day. Do this one!!

Massages and quesadillas were good, and we had a cabana with friendly staff. Shopping was literally right behind us. All you can drink is cool, and you get one entree and one snack. The beach is blocked off by nets - strange - but it is clear.
