We meet you next to all cruise ship terminals, pick up from hotels and ferry. Please be aware that you may be coming from a different time zone. Cozumel does not follow day light savings so half the year we are on EST and the other half is CST. So March-November (spring & summer) Cozumel is CST and November-March (fall & winter) is EST. The cruise ships should be using our local time for the time of arrival to the island. You may also see your cruise ships time of arrival using our cruise ship schedule, and the link is provided below Your cruise ship itinerary is based on our local time. For example, if your cruise ship says it will be docking in Cozumel at 8AM, that is local time, and if your meeting time is 8:30AM local time, you will have 30 minutes to get to your meeting point. All meeting points are very close and within walking distance of the cruise pier area.

Cozumel buggy ride

Snorkeling was fine. But the details of what was included was false advertising. We had four people in iu group we were stuck in ine buggy! No beer was available only a few waters in a cardboard box! We followed a guide car with no narrative of what we were seeing. Lunch was limited items and guide was no help for workng with kitchen to accommodate food allergies!

We didn’t do anything listed in the advertisement except the tequila tasting. The lunch was terrible and was not all inclusive. We didn’t see a lighthouse. We didn’t get to snorkel. The “beach” they took us to for 30 minutes was not one listed on the ad, and the majority of the time was spent riding around the city. I’m not even sure if the tour guides knew what they weee supposed to be doing. I would not book again, and I’m requesting a refund.

Everything was amazing and great. Now the only thing I am disappointed in was that TripAdvisor was not with the cruise time. We booked a tour for 9AM CST and the cruise ship stayed in EST. It cut our trip short by an hour after spending hundreds of dollars going through trip advisor.

Good excursion, but different than the description

Our guide was really good, but this was more of a long small vehicle tour of the island. We enjoyed it because we’ve never seen Cozumel and we got to drive through and see a lot of the island. The biggest knock was the snorkeling. We chose snorkeling because of the world class snorkeling in Cozumel and we snorkeled at a roped off beach. It wasn’t what we were expecting. The dune buggy was a Nissan and everything was on road. Again great tour of island but all on road. Also, cooler in trunk was supposed to have beer and water and there was no beer, only water..

Fun day exploring Cozumel with Gizmo. We started with tequila tasting, followed by lunch at the beach. Then off to the ecological park to spot crocodiles and beach club for a swim. Quick trip up the lighthouse for an awesome view then back to port. Gizmo looked after us well with a regular supply of beers & water

Not worth the money

Armando was our tour guide. Punta Sur Park was our first stop. It was lovely there. The view from the lighthouse was spectacular. We also went snorkeling. There was snorkeling equipment but no guide. Snorkeling was enjoyable. The buggy car was filthy, neglected, and appeared to be quite old. For lunch, we got the fajitas, drinks were not included. One may imagine that if you had lunch in Mexico, it would be authentic and delicious. However, it was the other way around. The food was even awful. In Florida, I can get much tastier fajitas. We had a tequila tasting, which was delicious. It was not at the site specified in the schedule. There was no sampling of chocolate. I asked the guide for it after the tequila tasting, and he replied it was at the tequila tasting. He asked if we wanted to go back there and try some chocolate. We turned it down. The point is, why didn't he give us chocolate samples while we were there? He skipped a few destinations on the itinerary and made explanations for doing so. We also did not have ceviche at the beach restaurant, despite the fact that it was mentioned on the schedule. The tour was not at all worth the money. This is not something I would advocate for anyone.

Great experience with Viator! One day before we wanted to go on this tour, we called customer support and were helped by Celeste. She got us all set up, thank you! Our guide for the day, Goku, showed up at our hotel the next morning! There were 4 of us (two couples) and we had him drive us around, so we could focus on having fun. He was informative and entertaining. This tour was exactly what we were looking for!

We had an awesome time! Our two families took a cruise together but the cruise ship was delayed arriving so it set us back getting started. Alice and Hugo were very accommodating and made sure we still had great time. Would definitely do it again! Thank you Alice!!!

What a wonderful day. Our guide could not have been better. We had a great day seeing the sights. We had a small problem with our ride as the dune buggy was one that didnt have doors and due to leg problems we would not be able to get in. They were so accomadating and got us a better ride right away. We even mentioned that we love shopping and he found us a fun little market to shop at. It was a really fun day and worth what we paid definitely.

This is a convertible trip, not dune buggy

The buggy was a Nissan, an open vehicle like a convertible, not an off road vehicle. If you rent a car or jeep and drive to punta sur you can take yourself on the trip. However, Miguel was kind and attentive, took us snorkeling at a beach club we would have never visited, and took us to fun little restaurants and juice stands we would not have found. One of them served the best coconut and guacamole ever. He gave my son his fins when he forgot them at the dive shop, which was nice.

It was a private dune buggy tour. Buggy was fun, not very personable. Tour guide didn’t talk much. We thought we were going to be able to tell where to go and it was already set. Didn’t like tequila factory stop. Would rather have spent more time at beach or another place.
