We meet all of our guests next to the cruise terminals, pick up from hotel and ferry. We provide transportation within Cozumel. Please be aware that you may be coming from a different time zone. Cozumel does not follow day light savings so half the year we are on EST and the other half is CST. So March-November (spring & summer) Cozumel is CST and November-March (fall & winter) is EST. The cruise ships should be using our local time for the time of arrival to the island. You may also see your cruise ships time of arrival using our cruise ship schedule, and the link is provided below Your cruise ship itinerary is based on our local time. For example, if your cruise ship says it will be docking in Cozumel at 8AM, that is local time, and if your meeting time is 8:30AM local time, you will have 30 minutes to get to your meeting point. All meeting points are very close and within walking distance of the cruise pier area.

My Fiance and I took this tour with our two kids. Moguel was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable of the island. He knew the history which made the tour even better. We made quite a few stops and were never rushed at any of our stops, we were able to explore and indulge in the experience. We were eaten alive by mosquitoes when we visited the cenote but that is expected after all the rain that came on prior days but, Moguel had OFF spray and was prepared! Would recommend to families and couples.

Our guide Alejandro was very informative, super nice, well prepared and made our experience of Cozumel a great one. Only suggestion would be is to have a 4 door jeep instead of 2 door, it was difficult getting in and out of the back seat at every stop.

Our tour guide Jorge was the most amazing tour guide we have EVER had. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job sharing the islands history with us and explaining different parts of the island to us. He was always checking on us the entire time to see if we needed another water, wanted to stop and take a photo, and providing directions of where to turn. We throughly enjoyed our time on the island and getting to hear about and see the island.

We saw crocodiles a coati lots of iguanas a barracuda and tons of bats all in one day. On top of that our tour guide Edwin was very organized and didn’t make anything feel rushed, he even bought me and my girlfriend an ice cream. Edwin was awesome.

Our guide was very nice and friendly; however we were disappointed that we didn’t get to do everything in the tour excursion. I think our guide should have managed our time better so we could have done everything that was supposed to be included in the price of our excursion We spent to much time buying snacks and beer for the tour as well as too much time at the tequila tasting. We never made it to the lunch that was supposed to be included, but did stop at a roadside taco place and bought our own lunch. We also didn’t get to go snorkeling. We were also very disappointed in the very SHORT four-wheeling ride!

Great experience with the company over all . Our guide Tony was well versed locally . We had rented 2 Jeeps one was a disappointment as no A/C in it and was a manual drive . ATVs were double rider not single which was not in the description. But Tony was amazing we enjoyed our ATV ride with him For the value of the package not bad. Could have done better in the food department though Snorkeling place was just perfect

The best part of the experience was seeing the Cenotes (underground water caverns) and the wildlife surrounding the area and getting there by ATVs. The small Tequila tasting tour was an added bonus. Our tour guide, Felipe, was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the island.

Alot of activities

We liked that we were able to sample a bunch of different activities. We especially liked the ATV's and the snorkeling. The only negative is that there is a lot of driving and I thought at least there would be things to look at while we were driving from activity to activity - but there is nothing! Most of the island is not developed as there is no electricity or cell towers on part of the island so the drive in between the activities was very boring.
