The American Buffet shut down early and they started closing down at 3 p.m. Our server asked when we had to be back at the ship and we told him we were in Port till 10:00 p.m.

Fun excursion

3/20/23. Horses seem well tended. Staff: 1 leading in front& 1 in back of our group. 2/3 time in trees path, 1/3 time on beach. Staff took rein of child’s horse, who was a little scared :). Horses calm. Wish I could remember names staff, who were informative, caring of the horses: senior male and ?younger male axiel. If this is your first time on a horse: easy, FUN, excursion of good value (but I think they raised their prices). Located at Mr sancho’s. Nice break from beach/pool. We did it in the late morning.

Rode thru the woods for a while and along the beach for about another 20 minutes it was organized the horses were taken care of and the young man that guided us was great pointing out deer and other interesting things along the path. Everything was clean and well kept. The resort was a lot of fun and had atv, horses anything you could want , and the pool bar was hopping.

I enjoyed the ride the horses was gentle on the ride and the tour guide was great. I wish we could have stayed at the beach front a little longer. Our picture was taken and at the time we did not get it but I would love to have purchase if its a way to get it I want it .

Wow! We had a wonderful time. IT RAINED the day of our Horseback ride. Our guides didn't skip a beat. Everyone was super nice including tbe horses. The trail ride was about 30 minutes long. YES if different family or friends wanted to go I'd do it again. 💕💕🛳🐎🎠

My girlfriend had never been on a horse before this trip. She really enjoyed herself and loved the horse she was put and the guide pulled her hose since it was her first time.

Mr. Sanchos has the best beach on the island! But, they tried to pull a fast one on me. I only booked this excursion. No day pass or anything. I had previously read that if you buy an excursion, you have access to the Al a carte items at the resort. But, after our horseback ride, an employee said we had to pay $65 to stay at the resort. So, I sat down and started making arrangements to go somewhere else. Fortunately, when the worker saw that I would rather take my business elsewhere than pay the $65, he took it back and allowed us to relax in the Al a carte area, just as I had previously suspected.

Staff were very patient with my scared child. It rained hard prior to our arrival and was light rain during our ride. Sand and dirt was soft but it was obvious the horses were well trained with the route. Wonderful path throughout woods with nothing to see besides some caged reindeer. Once on beach beautiful picture moment (that they take $15 so have your cellphones out to take your own quick pictures). As we were a group of 3 didn't take 30 min but the time (20min) was just right. Also this is outside of Mr. Sancho's so despite their offers you do not have to buy their inclusive beach package.

When I arrived there was free water at the entrance which my family took one each. We ere then directed to a covered area to wait which no one came but a waiter to say we needed to pay for the water because it was for those paying at the beach. I told him we were waiting for the horseback riding experience. I told him I was not paying for the water as the sign was not clear who could have for free. He took the one unopened bottle which is crazy because you can walk to the barrel where it says free. Once we found the horse back riding area after 45 min we only were on horseback on the beach for 5 min. Don’t let the picture fool you.

Great inexpensive excursion. Lasted 30 mins I would say 15ish was walking through the woods with the horses to get comfortable with them and then some time on the beach. The beach was gorgeous but we didn’t spend that much time on the beach. A photographer will take pictures of you on the beach. The horses are great for first timers. Definitely worth it.

I tried to upload the photos to prove my point and no luck we only used 3 horses and got charged for 4 We did pay for 4 however the horse my wife was on before we even started rub against a tree and nock my wife off. I wanted a refund because my wife did not ride with us I told the lead tour guide give me back my receipt as proof that my e wife did not ride the horse and he said take the issue up with Viator I have pictures of the 3 horse but your system will not take my photos Need a refund

My wife and I did this for the first time. We go to Mr Sancho's twice a year but have never ridden the horses on the beach. I would highly recommend. All the staff was awesome and Martine was our guide. We didn't get to see any iguanas because it was so hot in the morning. Maybe next time. See you in April Mr Sanchos

Omg I can’t begin to explain how amazing this tour was. Our guide was super cool and gave us everything we needed to be comfortable and educated on how to have a safe fun experience.

Could have been awesome except we were distracted by our irritation at being told that we had to pay an additional $60 per person in order to go through the gate to check in for the tour. When I disagreed they told me “nothing in life is free”. Regardless, I finally talked the gentleman at the front gate into letting me through to the counter for the minuscule $70 I had paid for the horse tour.
