  • Please note that beach club pick-up is not included. You can arrange transportation to Mr. Sancho's back and forth via the local Taxi transportation union which you can take at the cruise ports
  • Minimum drinking age is 18 years

  • We dont accept booking amendments to add more travelers to an existing booking without prior authorization from us
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This place was amazing. Very relaxing, accommodating, and awesome service. Sauri was the BEST hostess/server I’ve ever had in my life. Ask for him. You won’t be disappointed. Kids and adults in my party loved the Aquatic Park section!!!! .

We loved this place! Our boat was the first to arrive so we had first pick of chairs. The lounge chairs are first come, first serve. They will assign you tables with umbrellas to eat at. The waiters are amazing! Quick to get you whatever you want… food or drink! Our kids played on the blowups and loved it!! Extra $14 but well worth it for 12-14 year olds. We met Mr Sanchos there and he was so friendly! We would highly recommend spending your day here!

We had an excellent time. William and Sergio helped us. They were so quick, tentative, and friendly. We enjoyed the food, beverages, ambience, and beach. The beach is a bit steep so if you have trouble walking up and down that could be difficult but we loved it!

I truly enjoyed My day at Sanchos! I traveled to Cozumel on a cruise with My family & a group of kids celebrating their birthdays and I can honestly say every one of Us had a great time at Sanchos.
