You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Mr sanchos was absolutely amazing! All staff was attentive and super nice We especially loved Julio , herber and Angela!! Drinks and food were amazing I had a little of everything! My fiancé also proposed right in front of the mariachi band , will definitely be coming back!

Such a fun, relaxing spot. Great service and drinks! I would recommend the $65 food and drink package and adding on a massage vs the cabana package because we didn’t have time to enjoy the cabana since we were busy at the bar and the pool!

My partner and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary in Cozumel and this was a great experience. The romantic package with cabana, table, massage, rose and all you can eat and drink was well worth the price. We spent about 4-5 hours here and the service was outstanding - drinks kept coming and food made quickly. Tips: bring towels from your hotel, get the coconut shrimp and whole red snapper for sure, get your relaxation massage before eating or drinking too much and we went on a Sunday so it felt like we had the place almost to ourselves. The day before they told us 800 people were there. Teo gave great service and it was about a $25 taxi ride each way from the Westin.

My husband and I came here with the referral of close friends and it was the best experience. We enjoyed the beautiful beach, relaxing by the pool and having drinks. Our server Chino was friendly and he provided excellent service. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary at Mr Sanchos with the romantic package. The staff were amazing, the food was yummy and the drinks were perfect. My only complaint is that we booked on a Sunday and none of the fun activities like parasailing were available. This was pretty disappointing, but we should have done our research. The massages were AMAZING. I cannot get over how great my masseuse was. Will definitely be back to Mr Sanchos!

It was the perfect choice for us! I love the beach and this one was beautiful! Everything was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The beach bed was clean and spacious, the massage was amazing! My husband passed on his 30 minute massage and they allowed me to have his. Ivan was the BEST! He made sure we were comfortable and check back often for food and drinks. Make sure you ask for his specialty drink, "Ivan the Terrible". This was a short 10 minute cab drive from the cruise port and we felt 100% safe the entire time. LOTs of beach chairs and tables. It was a beautiful and relaxing setting that we will definitely visit again!

The deep tissue massage for me and the relaxing massage for my wife both by the talented masseuse Alva were amazing. The food and beverage service by Aldon was top notch and the food was more delicious than anything on the cruise ship! I asked for strong drinks and the Ticket to Fly and Long Island Iced Tea were both excellent. The beach was gorgeous. Outstanding experience overall! We will book this excursion again and again!!

I purchased the romantic package for my g/f and I as a birthday celebration and we weren't disappointed one bit. Our cabana set back from the beach and in the shade provided the perfect opportunity to relax out of the sun, enjoy our drinks and food. Our waiter, nicknamed Tabasco and his assistant were on top of everything. We never finished a drink without another already being ordered. We learned quickly to change drinks from blended to on the rocks for more potency, and the food was really great! The facilities were incredibly clean and nice. It wasn't terribly crowded either! Definitely an experience we'd repeat.

Service was excellent and drinks were fine. The romantic day package wasn't worth it for us because the private cabanas were about 20 yards from the shore with a lot of chairs in between. The only other negative was there wasn't anything to see snorkeling, but the beach itself, was nice.
