FOR GUESTS STAYING IN A HOTEL: ●Guests staying in the Northern hotel zone or downtown of Cozumel, the meeting point is Royal Village ● 
If you arrive at the SSA International Pier or Puerta Maya Pier: Your Meeting Point is the Wildtours Retail Booth at the Royal Village Shopping Center. To get there simply exit the pier, reach the outside gate and walk across the street by the pedestrian yellow stripes crossing zone, to the Royal Village Shopping Center. The booth is a few feet from the end of the pedestrian yellow stripes on the other side of the street. Our representative will be waiting for you in uniform. ● 
If you arrive at the Punta Langosta Pier: Walk down the pier. At the very end of the pier you will see the escalators to exit the terminal. Before taking the escalators you will see a Playa Mia – Wild Tours Retail Booth.

The Twin Twister waterslides are sure to satisfy an appetite for adrenaline with 200-foot-long (60-meter-long) twists and turns. 

Discover total tranquility at the blissful beach park, where the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean sparkle in the sun. Soak up the sunshine on the white sands of the beach before heading back to your hotel at your own pace. 

Option 1: Entrance Ticket—Your day pass includes access to hammocks, games, kids’ club, playground, beach volleyball, kayaks, sunbed, paddleboats, a shopping area and more. (Refreshments, massages, snorkel equipment and motorized water toys are not included.)

Option 2: Entrance Ticket with Buffet—Your day pass includes all of the above, in addition to a delicious buffet, which features local dishes such as roasted chicken, slow-cooked suckling pig, macaroni cheese and spicy fajitas, as well as ice cream and flavored water.

Playa Mia Grand Beach Park is located in the south part of the island, just a 15-minute ride down the coastal road from downtown Cozumel. Make your way to the park whenever you’d like—it’s open from 9am to 6pm—and stay all day if you’d like. We suggest the use of long-sleeved UV-filtering shirts, hats, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun. Coral, fish and all other sea creatures thank you for your cooperation! Very nice beach but in my opinion this would be a great place for families with children, there are lots of fun activities for them.

3 generations of our family experienced a fun day at Playa Mia. The pools, the water sports, loungers and drinks were great! I rated the experience a 3 due to the buffet. The food was not enjoyable! My daughter was very disappointed that the buffet did not include Queso dip! I saw a lot of wasted food so we were not the only ones who found the buffet lacking. Fun was had despite the lack of tasty dishes!

Overall — would go back with young kids for the splash park! Hard to find exit at port, but then booth was easy to spot. Floating park — long swim, and our 6yr old wasn’t prepared for no “safety” nets.. if you fall, into the sea you go 😬😂 Also — a couple of a us developed a weird rash on our arms after being there.. only the ones in the sea, so not sure if it’s related or not. Food was good considering we had it delivered on a beach with a TON of people. Service was great! Bathrooms clean. No sunscreen rule was AWFUL. Signage saying none allowed.. We finally caved and put some reef safe on our faces.. Taxis leave the beach on the hour - so we were able to stay as long as we wanted!

Great place, friendly staffs. Kids loved the splash area, the food and drinks were pretty good as all you can eat, the buffet line moved quickly, didn't have to wait long for the food and drinks. Easy to get there and back to the cruise port with taxi.

Water park was fun and the kids really enjoyed it. Service was good and very friendly. Kids pool was good for 5 and under. Make sure to bring cash for as everything needs a deposit ($5 for locker, towels, umbrella etc). Atmosphere seemed to be more aimed at families. Being by the beach it’s tough on things but bathrooms were clean and well take care of.

Even though we booked all inclusive everything required a deposit. Also they would only accept Mastercard and visa so we where limited on the amenities we could use.

Went on this with our 2 adult sons who have some disabilities so needed an easy day trip. This was an excellent value for the money - we had the transportation and then all inclusive meals/drinks when we got there. Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive. Our servers were excellent at the beach - meals and drinks were served promptly and was actually good food! The water toys out deep were too much of a challenge for the boys and was crowded but lots of other things to do. Boys had a great time overall. Enjoyed the staff - Ricardo and Juan were great at the beach!!

My husband and I had a very relaxing day at Playa del Mia. The staff brought food and drinks right to us on the beach. They were very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The pool was nice and the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. We were given a special menu to choose from for lunch and the food was good.

The place to pickup our tickets for the beach resort too far from our carnival port and difficult to find. We did enjoy the beach resort once we got there. But not likely use the Viator to purchase tickets for this.

Carlos and Rico met us at our chairs even before we got setup and took our first drink/food order. They were very attentive. Our biggest regret is that our ship was leaving Cozumel rather early and we were limited in our time at Playa Mia. Our granddaughter had a wonderful time at the kids water park - she didn't want to leave.

Not like pictures. Service was ok. Beach water was dirty. Food had no flavor. Only ate because family was hungry. Will book at another beach next time. Saw most families not satisfied with beach water.

The resort was easy to reach via taxi from our port. It was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food and drink prices were reasonable. I was expecting an overcrowded beach experience but it wasn't. My two children (18 and 8) both had a good time.

My family of 5 did the Amazing Break with Transportation. As soon as I booked it I received a message with instructions on how to get to the Playa Mia booth outside of the cruise port. At first I was worried I wouldn’t find it but the directions were very clear how to get there and it literally took us less than a 3 minute walk to get to the Playa Mia rep who immediately got us a taxi to the resort. We were on a Carnival cruise and Playa Mia was not offered as an excursion so I booked it separately for about $95 per person. The resort had 2 waterslides, a small kids water park, and two separate fresh water pools. On the beach their were water toys to climb on one side, and on the other they had kayaks, pontoon boats, and other toys to ride. Open bar was literally open bar (awesome drinks) and unlimited buffet (great food) were included. And the towels, umbrellas and lockers were also included which were VERY helpful. That Cozumel sun is no joke! My sunscreen was melting off my face with my sweat so the umbrellas came in very handy. One of the servers brings them to you once you choose your lounge chairs on the sand. All in all we were there for about 5 hours and we had time to do everything. we left early to avoid the rush of everyone trying to get a taxi back to the port. We had transportation included but they sit in the same traffic as the other taxis so didn’t want to take a chance plus it gave us time to shop for souvenirs before we got back on the ship. This was absolutely a worry free great experience.
