The whole trip was excellent. Frank was the best and he was so professional and knowledgeable and it was great to learn more about the history of Peru and Frank did it in such an engaging way. The places we visited were all timed right and it ended with the best one of course and Frank knew the best route to take to get the best out of our experience at Machu Picchu. I also met some amazing people on the trip who made the experience even better. I would recommend this tour without any hesitation and especially with Frank as the tour guide. He really was excellent. The memories will stay with me forever.

If I say this tour was amazing- this would be an understatement. Absolutely incredible itinerary, no rush, enough time to enjoy and soak the views, and the guide was the best. Fabricio not only shared his knowledge, but looked after us with care. We even got a cake in the restaurant for our wedding anniversary! Driver Juan was also amazing and made us feel safe. The ease of of this amazing trip was the main highlight. We were able to see the Sacred Valley and surrounding areas before Machu Picchu. Our guide, Luis and our driver, Roman, were wonderful. Luis gives a lot of detail and truly loves his country and history. I would definitely recommend this duo. Getting to Machu Picchu was easy so we were able to enjoy Machu Picchu without stress or hassle. We also hiked Waynupicchu and Fredi made it possible. It was a hike of a lifetime.

The two-day trip through the Inca Valley to Machu Picchu was definitely the highlight of my time in Cusco. I was fascinated to learn about the indigenous way of using Alpaca wool to make sweaters and the incredible dying process. We also had the opportunity to explore key Inca Valley cities such as Pisac, Urubamba, Ollantaytambo, and Aguas Calientes, which provided a deeper understanding of the region's history and culture. Our guide, Luis, was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided excellent background information on Inca histories. He mentioned quotes from historians and archeologists which added authenticity to this active learning of Inca history. I really loved having all the information and being aware that there are references that one can look further into. Additionally, our driver, Roman, was fantastic and drove steadily and quickly through the narrow roads. The tour was well-designed, covering both the Inca Valley and Machu Picchu, making it an excellent choice for first-timers visiting the region. I cannot wait to come back to Machu Picchu by hiking the Inca trails! Overall, I was extremely pleased with the tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Peru. It provided a comprehensive and unforgettable experience, combining history, culture, and natural beauty.

This was truly an incredible tour. I enjoyed that on the first day we had a scenic drive through the valley to see some sights and learn some history we otherwise may not have. Machu Picchu itself was truly magical. VIATOR - A COSTLY MISTAKE..

Our flight to Lima was cancelled with no alternative. So, obviously we were unable to travel to Cuzco. Viator was totally uncooperative in our efforts to obtain any type of refund nor were we able to get a response from the vendor in Cuzco. $900+ was flushed. I used to live in Cuzco. I speak the language. Good luck to someone who doesn't have those advantages if anything happens. This was our third trip out of the US in the last 12 months. This is the first time to book with Viator. Take you chance and book when you get to Cuzco. Never, never, never book with Viator.

This tour was fantastic and met all of my expectations. Michael our guide and Juan our driver were both friendly and made you feel welcomed on the tour. On the first day I had a nice surprise as we visited a Llama and Alpaca rescue centre, they also had two Condors that were very impressive. I was not expecting this as part of the tour so it was a nice extra. The rest of the first day was exploring the sacred valley which was spectacular and enhanced by Michaels enthusiasm and vast knowledge about the history of the sacred valley and Inca culture. The next day we got to visit Machu Piccu which was incredible and again Michael wowed us with his knowledge of the settlement. As well as this the restaurant we ate in and the hotel we stayed in were of a high standard and added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit Machu Piccu.

A Great Time in Machu Picchu and Ollantaytambo

We had a GREAT time visiting Machu Picchu and Ollantaytambo with our tour guide Michael. First, Juan picked us up. He was a GREAT and TALENTED driver, and very helpful getting on/off the van. Now, Michael....... what a smart guy. He knew the complete history of the Peruvian people. He took us to places "off the beaten path" which were great to see/visit.
