Great for pictures But the whole experience was a bit of a let down. Travel to and from meeting point was perfect and on time. Arrival on boat was lovely was served starters while we waited for remaining guests but drinks didn’t start until we were about to sail. Never came around with drinks again we had to keep asking for additional drinks, service let them down here and there were plenty of staff. Food was okay but a few dishes on the bone so would have been better with alternatives. There was fresh pasta cooked though so that was good. No guided tour or sights pointed out so we took a lot of pics but we weren’t really sure what was what and could have missed things.

Attentitive staff. Good food. Pleasant cruise , would have been better to me if they had a commentary though. There was minimal communication re what buildings we were seeing . A map on board on where we were going also would gave been helpful. The bridge fountain was not going , so was disappointed, and even then we were not told about it, until I asked . Better if you were in a group or couple . Low impact activity. Restful and relaxing. Not for those that like action. Nice saxophone background music , but no dancing on our cruise

What’s good: Food was very good, nice selection and good quality. Boat was clean and great viewing form lower deck if it’s hot and you need air con. All staff were very good and lots of them if you needed anything. Not so good: The tour content. Basically a tour of downtown Dubai buildings. We wanted to see the waterfall bridge and while it was on the list of sights we didn’t see it.

It was a wonderful experience having dinner on the cruise, great scenery and great music. The food was fantastic, the staff was beyond exceptional; when we were running late due to traffic, they called us constantly to check on our location until we made it. They would be been well within their rights to leave us behind but they didn't. They welcomed us as soon as we got on board. I can't recommend them enough. Truly A+ experience with A+ staff. Thank you!!

No one said anything once we were on the “ luxury”?? Boat. No mention of where we were all night. No safety briefing… life jackets? etc. Buffet meal .. very mediocre. We paid for luxury package with alcohol, but couldn’t drink it. Their only choices were house white, red or beer. ( we drink vodka). Driver each way said not one word. A strange, very unluxurious experience for $ NZ 420. For 2 pax.

This was a very nice cruise. It is beautiful at night seeing all of the buildings lit up. The food was ok. I have very picky eaters in my group, but they did have a nice selection of things to choose from. The did have a pasta station which was perfect for my group. The only thing I thought was that it was a little long. It got a little boring at then end and we wished that it would have ended about 30 minutes earlier.

Not knowing what to expect, we were really pleased! We had a reserved table and were not rushing around trying to pick a table. We had bought the drinks package which turned out to be all you can drink from their set menu - white wine, red wine,& beer. There were a couple of choices of each & they weren’t bad. Then came a multiple choice for how we wanted our custom pasta - which noodle, sauce, & other ingredients. Then a buffet which was good. The boat was lovely with big windows, set tables with white tablecloths and plenty of service people. All quite nice. Then of course the cruise from Dubai City Mall through downtown and all the way south to the Dubai Marina area. The lights were spectacular!! We were so glad we did this. We did Not so the “pickup” option but were not clear where the departure point was. The ticket info gave coordinates so we weren’t really clear where the specific dock was. It turned out that we had Ben sent a WhatsApp message with clear details but I did not see that until after the tour. This info should have been on the actual ticket.
