• Your centrally located Dubai Hotels and Dubai Cruise Port Rashid or Harbour Marina ( Only if transfer option selected) • For guests staying in any Private Residence or Villa in Dubai, the pick-up can be arranged(Location link mandatory). • Pick-up service from Jebel Ali Hotels, Bab Al Shams, or from Al Maha Desert Resort or others locations ( which is not in the City limit) are available only at the additional cost upon request based on your location.

      It is a bit tricky to find the entrance, but just follow the signs.
      It can get hazy at times, so it's best to go on a crystal clear day.
      Great option to skip the line for sure, but be careful to pick up the cards at the counter on time as it can get crowded.

      Worth the extra cost

      We arrived at the Burj Khalifa almost an hour early, having not realised that our taxi would drop us off within 50 metres of the entrance to the Burj Khalifa. However, the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, allowing up to commence our visit early. No queues for the lifts (as we were able to queue jump, both going up and coming back down with our VIP badges). What can I say, except that the extra cost for visiting the 148th floor was worth every penny. The visit was not rushed, the staff could not have been more helpful and it was not crowded (in fact, we were the only people on the outdoor deck at one stage). The refreshments were enjoyable as were the views. As a result we spent only a limited time on floors 124 & 125 because they were a lot busier. All in all, it was a great experience.

      Did the VIP experience. Guide had terrible microphone so hard to hear anything and as a result didn't really know what was happening next. Wasn't clear re different levels etc. Also viewing areas overcrowded. Was a bit disappointed to be honest.

      View from 148 level excellent, Lounge is very nice & all staf at lounge very helpful & suggest us have this Dates, Juices, Tea etc they all are very nice nature 👌👍 Only one suggestion please arrange some extra care for Senior members we both are 70 + we came by taxi & too much walked in mall

      This was worth it! We went to Dubai during the off season and the queue was very, very long. The skip the line ticket allowed you direct entry. We were brought into a waiting area and served light refreshments. Truly felt like VIP service. We were then escorted to the 148th floor where the views were divine! You can even see the Dubai waterfall show from up high. This offered a completely different vantage point. There was plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the view while being served more beverages and light refreshments. I would highly recommend.

      Unfortunately my husband was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and we have cancelled our holiday including this experience. Viator advised we could not get a refund. When asked aviator advised they would seek agreement for the booking up be held for a later date. That was in June and we still haven’t had a reply.

      Level 148 VIP experience was definitely worth it. The views and experience of L148 is a must do. Unfortunately our pickup was late and then dropped us off a long distance from the 'at the top' entry so we spent 20 minutes speed walking through the packed mall with limited signage to make our 8pm time. Make sure you get dropped off at the right entrance which is near food hall.

      None!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The driver dropped us off at a very far, had to walk for over 10 minutes to get to the tickets area!!! If I had walked from my hotel to the ticket area, it would have taken me less than 10 minutes. The pick-up service was a complete waste of money!!!!!

      Getting to stand at the top of the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, is something quite unforgettable! We booked the At the Top Sky Ticket which allowed us VIP access to the top of the Burj Khalifa at floor 148. An amazing view from the top which just highlights how far Dubai has come...only up here do you see the reality of the 'desert' which has since become a city to be in awe of! Our experience was flawless and our guide was very knowledgeable. We got a photo taken which despite being slightly pricy, was a nice memento to take away. Not for the faint hearted ;)
