Crowds with selfie takers

We purchased a viewing time of 5pm, as we figured we will beat the crowds. Sunset is around 7pm. Tickets are cheaper, earlier in the day. We paid for premium tickets, but the view at 5pm is a Solid so-so. It is still very bright, with significant fog.....In essence, if you want to beat the crowds, then buy the cheaper day tickets, otherwise, I'd recommend paying for premium tickets with a viewing time after sunset, when there's less fog, and more dramatic view with city lights at night. After your trip to floors 124/125 ..you can make your way down to the fountain show for free...do not bother to pay for the aquarium....you see enough fish for free throughout the dubai mall.

Completely disappointing experience

I was completely disappointed. One of us took ill the night before the tour, and when I requested some accommodation to reschedule, the request was refused. So not only did we not do the tour, but the standardized reply was beyond insensitive. I will not recommend and future viatour excursions or tours.

Conquering the tallest building in the world

I am scared of heights so it was a big challenge to go to the top. Seeing things at this height was absolutely amazing. Even though it was very hazy that day so you couldn’t see too far ahead.

The view was absolutely beautiful from level 124. We didn’t get to experience level 125 which we paid for. We did not have a guide to show us where to go. We took pictures that were very expensive.
