It is recommended not to eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid any vomiting / sickness during the dune bashing, Please note that if your skin is sensitive to henna, then you are advised not to do it.
Drop off depends of the city traffic and the season sunset time.
OceanAir Travels shall not be responsible for any kind of loss, accident, sickness or injury. It is advisable that the traveler should avail a travel health insurance as there can be chances of potential risks and hazards. Also, make sure they are mentally and physically able to participate.
Entertainment activities:- During the holy month of Ramadan you can watch Tanoura and Fire shows only in our desert camps (Al Khayma) as there will be some restrictions for Ladies Khaliji Dance. Other religious holidays as per UAE law i.e. 3rd April, 10 & 31st Aug, 9th Nov etc there will not be any entertainment activities in the camps as its strictly not permitted by UAE law.

Pickup will be within 45min prior your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time

Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.
By UAE law, pregnant ladies, anyone with back or neck pain, heart problems or other serious medical complaints and infants (under 3 years old) are not allowed during the dune bashing activity by car. (If this conditions are applicable to you, please contact our Consultant to customize your tour)

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I definitely recommend the Desert Safari experience to anyone visiting Dubai. You will enjoy the opportunity to ride a camel and take pictures with them. You will have an exhilarating dune bashing and quad bike experience. Also, if you are willing to try it, you will learn how to sandboard. This is a must do.

It was fun, especially the suv ride over the dunes, but the camels are treated very poorly. They have to wear masks because they are so nervous they could spit. It’s heartbraking. Not like other camel owners where animals are treated well.

The tour was great. It felt a bit rushed as every part was at different locations so we spent a lot of time driving around. I have done a similae tour in the past and the sand bashing, camel rides and quad bikes were all at the same location. The food at the camp was wonderful.

Fayyaz was a great communicator, driver and host. All parts of the tour were positive. 4-5 hours was perfect due to the heat - we were continuously offered water and shelter from the sun and sand.

My daughter and I had an amazing time. The whole trip was well organized, from pick up to drop off was exactly as indicated. Our tour guide Shakeef was amazing, very knowledgeable and caring, making sure we were ok. We never once felt we didn't know what was going on. I'm recommending ocean air to everyone I know, who will be coming to Dubai. We are definitely coming back! Please go all out and choose the full package with the dinner. It was a blast.

Whole experience was overcrowded and impersonal. The guide seemed to be overworked and wasn't particularly engaging. The quad biking was just a scam where you were asked to drop significantly more money to have a decent experience. The best part was seeing the Toyota Landcruiser driving through the dunes—it was quite impressive to see a car being used for its intended purpose. Overall, I wouldn't do again. The tour gives you a poor persons taste for how the wealthy can play in Dubai. For some that may be great; however, it's not for me.

Zaman was the best tour guide I ever experienced in my travels! He was knowledgeable and fun! He was also very friendly and caught one of the funniest moments of my life on my phone for me! He is a great driver!!!!! I would 100/10 recommend the company and definitely Zaman as a guide! The only thing I disliked was how the guy at the camels rushed and took our pictures. They look horrible.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!!! A fantastic day full of activities & culture. Cannot thank our tour guide Nasser enough for giving us the best safari tour ever. We did ATV, Camel Riding, Dune Bashing, followed by an evening at a camp where there was endless tents of food and other activities. Money well spent & will recommend this to everyone back home in Australia!

This was a fantastic buy . They were and fun. The upgrade price was a shame , 150 dollars to upgrade to a can -am two seater. This was to go outside the lines and ride in the sand. You just have to follow the instructor . If i were you i would just negotiate the price when you do go . They give you water and you can buy a lot of items there. It’s a good buy especially for the off season of June and July. It’s super hot so be ready but i mean your in the desert
