From the start this was the most disorganised trip going People pushing in front of others security doing nothing about it, queues were huge trying to get in. Once in staff were ramming as many people as possible in the elevator so not a pleasant experience Even worse once at the top ! Coming down was just as bad huge queue no real organisation This was supposed to be a memorable experience but now it's for all the wrong reasons

It was amazing to ride the fast elevator. The view on top of 148 during sunset is breathtaking! The simulation of the cracking floor was awesome. The top view of the Dubai Fountain was magnificent!

It was no reason to buy VIP tickets in advance. Always available in August when not too many people coming to the mall. I got the actual tickets just one day before I go and it was inconvenient to get so many messages from Viator as a reminder about my booking. I wouldn’t recommend the service to my friends. The service needs improvement.

We had tickets for 8pm which is considered off peak timeframe. The line was extremely long and didn’t move. We waited in line for two and half hours before even entering the elevator to ride us up to the 124th floor. Once we got there, it took us all of 15 minutes to explore the entire outside, take pictures, wonder around the gift shop etc. ALL the hype around the tallest building in the world is not all that cracked up to be. Only two elevators that ride folks up to the 124th floor. The elevator ride is exactly 60 seconds but you have VIPS who get ahead of those standing in line for hours. If you’re going to brag about the tallest building, then improve the service to facilitate that.

You can’t be in Dubai and not experience being in the tallest building in the world. The kids loved it. Would have been great to have a tour guide from the building taking you around but we had researched it well for the children. Still an amazing experience.

I tried making the booking with viator however the transaction did not go through.. I got an error that the transaction failed and payment did not go through. Being in a foreign land I did not have internet access and assumed the transaction did not go through. I had to buy the tickets directly from Bhurj Khalifa. But when I returned I saw that viator had charged me. I requested a refund and it did not happen. No reason given just that they couldn’t. I will not book with them again.

On a cloudy day the view is limited. At the moment most of Dubai is s building site with no natural beauty. Some of the buildings are amazing but it is all too much of the same thing. It needs more landmarks to make it stand out like New York or Paris
