You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I had an amazing experience on this day trip. The crew were amazing, dynamic, lively, they brought the group together which really made a huge difference. We visited the western part of the island, which is less visited but truly amazing! I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanted to visit K’Gari without it looking like a tourist factory.

Driver is great, doesn’t rush hence no spinning heads and vomits. Crew has the best hospitality. Couldn’t snorkel coz of excess algae however saw almost every behavior of many-many whales.

Whale Watching with a Naturalist, who had a vantage point above us, was exceptional. We saw mother whales with their calves, and most interesting was a pod with 1 female and 3 males involved in some rather aggressive courting behavior. Besides whale watching, we went kayaking and tubing, and walking up a steep sand dune. This tour was a full day of adventure, and we’ll worth the price!

The crew were the "salt of the earth'. All the activities were fun and well organised. Whale watching was breathtaking. Immersion in the same water space with a whale and seeing it in its natural environment via snorkel googles will be a life long memory. It was but a moment that I looked into the eye of a humpback whale but it is a moment that I will cherish always.

Fantastic day on the island. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Harmony is passionate about the island and its wildlife and we loved her tales of the island, told with great enthusiasm. We visited after a storm so snorkeling was not an option. Kayaking and tubing were great. Highlight of day was to see a dingo strutting his stuff along the beach. From the dune walk we could see dolphins and a sting Ray. A magical day. Highly recommended.

The tour was good but the crew didn’t give a lot of explanation and weren’t very communicative on the program. The lunch wasn’t that good as well very minimal and it says there were free drinks available but only tap water otherwise you have to pay… The landscapes were nice though.

I could not recommend this trip more! The activities were so much fun, the tubing, kayaking, floating, sand dune walk, fresh water swim. The boat was clean and plenty of space to sit in the sun or shade. The included morning and afternoon tea and lunch was lovely and the drinks available for purchase were varied and reasonably priced. The crew were all incredibly lovely and looked after everyone and their individuals needs. They learnt people’s names and made it feel very personable. I travelled solo but there were families and couples aboard who when I spoke to had an amazing time too! I could not suggest it more! Such a reasonably priced trip and felt like I got every single penny back in experiences and fun!

Paradise in a day

From the moment I goo ok r on the cruise, all the crew were amazing. Each planned stop was well organised, the kayaking, snorkelling, freshwater swimming and the thrill ride were all amazing. The beautiful white Sandy beach and the crystal clear water were unbelievable. We certainly did not go hungry. Morning and afternoon tea, the lunch was exceptional. I would recommend this tour to anybody, extremely good value for the money Well done to all the crew.
