The stay at Taj hotel was great and so accessible to the bus stop.Events we enjoyed were table mountain,choc factory, water front drive sunset cruise and especially the bird and monkey farm.

After one day the Pass Barcode gone and it shows complete even we bought five day premium pass. You spend so much money and then you lose everything.

Firstly, we would like to clarify that when you purchase a pass on Viator, you receive a voucher with a scannable barcode, which can be redeemed directly at the attractions. Additionally, Viator also provides an app that has the barcode you purchased, making it easy to access and use without the need for a hard copy. Therefore, a hard copy of the barcode is not required. Secondly, as you have mentioned, you purchased a 5-Day Premium Pass, which provides access to over 12 premium attractions and 80 attractions in Cape Town that must be used on consecutive days. It is not possible for the barcode to simply disappear as it is directly linked to the pass that you purchased. We suspect that either you may have misplaced the hard copy or were not aware of the app provided by Viator. Lastly, it is important to note that the pass would show as complete only if the time period had expired. Your pass would have been valid for 5 days after you first used it, depending on the pass you purchased. Therefore, it is likely that you did not use the pass again during the validity period. We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience, and we hope that we have clarified the points you raised. WE LOVED THIS! My husband and I both got the 5 day iVenture pass, that included a special activity. There were so many things included that we wished we could have spread out the activities over 8 days. For special activities the paragliding was great! helicopter ride was also good. We enjoyed the helpful people at the Hop on Hop off bus stop on Long Street. We did a harbor cruise, a champagne sunset cruise, had free mojitos at Hard Rock Cafe, free fish at Muriels in Hout Bay, went to the World of Birds, rode the Cape Wheel, the aquarium, all included! There were a lot more great things like Table Mountain, the beach with the seals, the Botanical gardens, but our tour had already covered them.
