We will meet at the Jacob Van Artevelde statue. It is the big statue in the middle of the square. You can get there by taking tram nr. 1 and either get off at "Korenmarkt" or "Gravensteen". Ask for shopping street "Lange Munt". At the end of this street turn right and you will see the square.

Enjoyed the easygoing pace with the eye of a local on the sights of old Ghent. Great sampling of different foods that gave us tasty dinner ideas before heading home. Sophie was a wonderful and very considerate guide. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The route covered many of the major sites as well as great food options. All the food was good from croquettes, ham and cheese, chocolates, meat balls and waffles. Sophie made sure that everyone's individual tastes were catered for. It was an easy and pleasant tour. The other people in the small group were lovely.

We had a wonderful Tour with Sophie! We had already seen many of the normal areas she covers so she totally customized our Tour to show us tons of new sights…I had requested to see as much street art/murals as possible and we found some gorgeous examples. All food stops were delicious - we loved the first stop the most with the local meats, cheeses and beer - great kick off to our day! We learned so much about Ghent and felt we truly had a unique experience with Sophie as our Guide. Highly recommend this Tour!

Highly recommend this tour! It was a great way to see Ghent, learn about the city, and enjoy some great food. Our tour guide was very personable and gave us some great tips about what to do in Ghent as well as other areas in Belgium. Then there was the food! Definitely do not eat before the tour as you will get so much food throughout the tour. We had 6 stops throughout the tour with food and definitely did not leave hungry.
