You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Overall it is an amazing experience. Once we got out to sea we were able to find the whales quickly and the crew got us close to them. It was an experience I will never forget and would highly recommend to anyone considering this!

Rough seas

The staff were great. But I think due to weather it should of been cancelled there was thunder and lightening and large swells. We did see a few whales but most people were soaked to the bone. Due to size of waves. And came back an hour early due to weather.

Hi Tracey, we did come back in early due to the storm (which was not forecast and out of our control) as the seas were very rough and uncomfortable due to the chop. Also, all other whale watching boats were out in the same conditions. We managed to find some incredible whales very quickly for you to watch and spent great time with them and did all we could to offer you the best experience. We're sorry you feel we're only worth a 3 star, and hope you join us back onboard (on a smoother day!) to enjoy the full 5 star experience.

Great morning out on the boat. Skipper Richie is very mindful of the whales and knows his stuff. Sylvia was lovely and attentive to my sick daughter. So great to see these beautiful creatures in their habitat.

Take a sickness tablet you’ve been warned!

Whales were amazing but sea conditions were horrific! I thought the tour should be called off as it felt unsafe and I was praying for the 2.5 hours to go. Luckily I prepared and took a sickness tablet, god knows what I would be like without it. Not the fault of the tour company at all but I do feel like it should have been called off unfortunately!

We agree rough conditions are no fun! We are sorry you felt unsafe during the cruise, and we have had a meeting regarding suitable conditions with our team. I feel like our cruise on Saturday should've turned back, due to the rough sea conditions, as we want all customers to feel comfortable and wowed by their experience onboard Kokomo (i agree that this wasn't the case on Saturday). Sea conditions can be difficult to predict, and we do the best we can to ensure the conditions are suitable for all guests, but we do get it wrong sometimes and we apologise that this was evidently the case on your cruise. Best whale watch ever!

Amazing! Thought we might not see much for awhile there. We seen a loggerhead turtle first. Then finally saw a breach in the distance, there were three whales when we got there. We got tail slapping, breaching, side rolls and spy hopping right near the boat, beautiful.

Hands down one of the best experiences of my life, we got to spend almost the full 2 hours with 3 whales, I still can believe our luck. The cruise Kokomo cruises were amazing efficient in getting on and off and the information give while on the boat was great and not too much or over educational. I think everyone got to see the whales and have a good view of them Perfect and not overcrowded I have referred many people already from my experience and will be back myself

My experience was great, it was my first time seeing whale in person. Definitely guaranteed that you will spot whales. Worth the price and travel. The staffs were friendly, funny and informative. Richie and the other staff(I don’t know his name) thank you! You can see 360 view as the boat was built as such as you can see on the picture. Would recommend!
