What To Expect

When visiting the Gold Coast, leave the driving to the professionals with this shared round-trip transfer service between Gold Coast Airport (OOL) and your Gold Coast area accommodation, in addition to your choice of top local attractions.

Upon your flight's arrival at the airport, meet your driver at the designated spot in the arrivals area, then relax as you're transferred in a comfortable climate-controlled shared vehicle to your hotel. When it is time for you to depart, your driver picks you up at the door to your hotel and takes you to the airport with plenty of time to catch your flight.

Choose up to seven attractions to visit during your stay, selecting the options that you like from the list of participating venues. This makes it easy to plan your activities without needing to hire a car or figure out the mapping and routes. Your Gold Coast Roo Pass remains valid for 30 days after the time of first use, and it can be used on any day within the 30–day period.

Late pickup and slow transport.

2 pickups. Late by 45-60min both times. Long travel times to reach destination. I would suggest researching other options. Public transport actually offers quicker and cheaper service. There are also cheaper alternatives from the airport. Do yourself a favour and research other options. Have cancelled remaining trips / pre paid vouchers. Hopeful to get some credit, but still waiting to see (5-7 business days). Hard to know as dealing with a reseller who can't commit. Direct company hand balls to reseller. Absolutely killed 1st 2 days of holiday adventures.

Terrible service always ran late. Indian driver incredibly rude. Didn't even pick me up at one point.

The company used for the airport and theme park transfers was called Con-x-ion. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The drivers were friendly and very efficient. They were on time for every transfer, no matter where we were going. I felt safe in the knowledge that we could get around the Gold Coast easily and without any hassles. I would definitely use this company again.

Overall you were great. The pickup from the Airport to hotel was not a great start as the driver was late and he was not the most friendly. The other pick up and drop offs were great, on time, nice drivers and was the ideal way to travel to our destinations.

Not a very nice bus on pickup from airport very old and not clean, had to many passengers on bus and had to have luggage inside the bus was not very happy. Even though they said this does not normally happen as a plane was late and they took extra passengers not safe at all. Other buses they we had organized for theme park pickups were a lot better

Transfers to and from Airport were good. Transfers to theme parks was ok, but slow at times. If people are not ready for their pick up at their hotels, the bus driver should not have to get out and chase them up, the bus should leave.

The airport transfer arranged upon our arrival was disappointing as the van's seating capacity is less than our group. Also the airport transfer schedule is not flexible, did not match with our departure time at night. The daily schedule for the pick up n drop off was a little bit limited.Let say we plan to go to Sea World, we have only 2 options of pick up time which is at 3.15pm and 4.15pm.Suggest provide more choices of pick up time to be more convenience.

Would never use this service again. They came late on two occasions by a full hour and when trying to call to track where the bus is the rude operators hung up in my face TWICE! The drivers are rude and snobby..the buses are old and feel like your on a rollar coaster when in them. They are the biggest waste of money I will never use this service again I would rather waste the money on a cab. Not happy at all, worst company I've had to deal with, absolutely ruined my trip.

Our first transfer to a theme park...

Our first transfer to a theme park didn't go well. We booked a 9am pick up but it did not arrive. We rang and they said we weren't at the pick up point behind the hotel. We said we were waiting outside reception where they had dropped us off from the airport. The response was "theme park transfers are out the back of the hotel". They didn't think to tell us this when we booked it. Most of the drivers seemed very uninterested and quite annoyed with people for no reason. Most trips from GC to theme parks took an hour and a half which is way too long for such a short trip. I would recommend just getting a cheap rental car if you are there for a week or longer. Or use the public bus service, much cheaper and probably get you there quicker as you won't have to wait up to 10 minutes at 3 or 4 hotels.
