Stranded at dreamworld

Poor service When you left us stranded at dreamworld because your driver left early(10mins).. apparently “LEWIS” does this often ! Not only that when I contacted your staff asking what to do next they said there’s nothing they could do not even directions to get out of the foreign place.. we confirmed and double checked with the driver before the morning departure.. it’s just not good enough !! Would love to be contacted about this

Bus company canceled trip and never refunded or have a voucher

The bus cancelled the trip and said they would give me a credit. Then after the date I went to use the credit and they said there was no such credit and I needed to contact the tour company, I did and no one replied to me. So I paid $50 and never got a trip or a refund or voucher.

Pick up was smooth and easy, return wasn't as pleasant. Driver was late, this wasn't a issue. But we waited at the entrance of the park for the bus when it arrived it parked further down then the original drop off point at 3:20. We made our way down with 3 other families. When it started to take off in a matter of a few minutes. We chased the bus and was greeted by the driver with "your late, pick up is 3:15 and it's 3:22" we attempted to explain we had been at the entrance since 3:00 and as soon as we saw the bus arrive we made our way down. He was relunant to allow all 4families on the bus but after an argument with another person, he allowed us on the bus. This is either the first bus drivers mistake with not explaining where the return pick up zone is correctly, or the second bus drivers attitude.

Over an hour's journey which should have been 25mins!! They pick you up at your hotel which should be great, apart from you pick a whole coach load up in a disorganised route. After getting picked up we went past our hotel 3 times!! So just be prepared for a hours journey. Apart from that all good, clean, comfortable and handy

Horrible service !! The driver who picked us up from hotel Mantra on View was rude and unpleasant. However, we tolerated his behaviour. He informed us to be at the bus parking lot at ten minutes before five pm. The missed several rides at the Dreamworld at Gold Coast and rush for the bus. But the worst thing was that our pick up bas arrived only at 5.40pm and the driver didn’t even have the basic courtesy to say a sorry. It’s better to take public transport to and fro to the dreamworld amusement park instead of this transport service

Gold Coast is a great tourist destination. The main attractions of this place are the theme parks- Dream world, Movie World, Wet n wild and the Sea world. The city's troplical climate is an added bonus. The adventure rides are quite thrilling (and scary too) at all these theme parks and Sea world offers snorkelling as well. Another great atraction is the Q1 sky tower (highly recommended) which has a restaurant at the 77th floor and offers amazing views of the city skyline and the beach. The high speed jet boat adventure ride is also exciting. Surfers Paradise offers one of the best night life experiecne . All the major hotels are also located in this region and therefore it is the most recommended place to stay in Gold Coast. Overall, its a great place to spend 4-5 days.

They had us at the wrong hotel for our booking, however did arrange appropriate transport to get us to Dreamworld in time to pat the cub's even if it wasn't through them.
