We park our trailer between 456-482 Marine Parade, Biggera Waters QLD 4216 (on the beach side). Please note that we are not a shop, this is where all of our tours depart from. The street numbers previously mentioned are only to be used as a reference point.

No refunds or rescheduling options are entitled for those who are not able to complete the activity. Minors under the age of 16 years are not allowed to join any activity without the presence of an adult. We keep the right of last minute cancellations due to unfavorable weather conditions or minimum number not met. In this case we will offer reschedule, credits or refund. Water visibility and wildlife spotting might be affected for the force of nature and Seaway Kayaking Tours is not responsible for this.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Not overall the experience I had hoped for, maximum actual kayaking we did was for barely an hour, snorkelling spot was sparse, saw the odd fish. Was over in 2 hours. Guide was nice & friendly. Not value for money either.

My wife and I really enjoyed this tour. Nelson, our guide, was very friendly and knowledgable about the area. He did everything to make sure we were both safe and comfortable. Thanks Nelson! The kayaking was a lot of fun and some beautiful scenery was to be had. The snorkelling part was also good, but it was a little bit choppy on the water, so it made it a little trickier to see underwater. We had some snacks on the beach before heading back. Overall, I would recommend this tour!

Angel and Hector were awesome. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that we were all safe and provided all the necessary rules and equipment. They made everyone laugh and had great spirits. They provided coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks once we got out of the water from snorkeling. Even though it was very cold, and we didn’t see too many marine life, it was still a fun experience!

I have to give credit where it is due to the guide for being flexible, even though I was 5-10 minutes behind the intended schedule. I've had kayaking experience before, but this was a good morning workout, and the guide was patient with the group. Snorkeling was decent enough. Only problem is the spot can be a bit busy with scuba diving instruction, but otherwise, it was good. Bring your own fins along if you aren't a strong swimmer, but if you stay near the rock wall, you should be ok. If you are new to this, relax, because the guides are very patient, and will stay close to you if you don't feel confident.

Great short experience (2.5-3 hrs), basic kayaking tour around Biggera Waters to Wave Break Island. The guide also helps you to take photos, and have snacks which are all good way to experience surfing and picnicking in by the sea/bay. Recommends it

Had a great time at this tour. Snorkeling was the highlight of my trip to the gold coast. Nelson was our guide who was very knowledgeable and accomodating. We got to see a see cow which is very rare, along with sting rays, and a dolphin while kayaking and plenty of fish while snorkeling
