      No one picked us up!! We are now Waiting for a refund which is very disappointing. We tried calling the agent directly and their ph is disconnect. So Viator is now chasing it up for me.

      The company never showed up to get us. They never called or emailed. Very poor communication service and experience. The email from Viator website never got a response. I called your company on app and no response just terrible customer service.
