    It is easier to park at Alhambra where parking is plentiful than near the office.
    Word to the wise though, it's a pretty long tour, so wear very comfortable walking shoes!
    Not as scary as it looks but circular stairs are a bit tight.

    Our guide was great and engaging, but the site was too crowded with many other tour groups lined up for each stage of the tour. Felt like cattle…

    Our guide, Virginia Garcia, was absolutely fabulous! So knowledgeable and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone thinking of visiting Alhambra

    a) tour operator did not inform us that we needed to climb on foot to the castle at 35°c, while transport was available b) tour operator did not check personal paper accuracy as requested by the Alhambra security, which resulted in a 15 min debate for the entrance to the gardens. c)we could not visit the interior of the castle, which WAS THE REASON WHY WE WANTED to see Alhambra, and not the gardens. d)group to big, 30+ people.

    Our guide Virginia was very knowledgeable and the tour itself was very good. However, i dropped it to 4 stars because of the miscommunication between the guide and Play Granada. We were traveling to Granada by bus from a cruise ship and were running around 15 minutes late. We were told they would contact the guide so she would know to look for us. We made the 20 minute uphill walk at a pretty fast pace, only to find out no one contacted the guide to let her know we were on our way. Unnecessary confusion.

    I would not recommend this tour to tourists. Our guide focused on parts of the Alhambra that were linguistic, not historical or interesting. He also left our group at the meeting point. Note that this tour does not include access to the Palace.

    Guide Virginia was very knowledgeable, knows several languages, loves history. The tour was the right pace. I wish these tours included the Nazarene palace as well

    The walk up the mountain was approx 60 floors (so my Fitbit said) and 3 people did not make it. The tour guide talked very fast and it was hard to hear her

    The tour guide seems to determine to stay away from the crowd, so we end up spending most of our time(3 hours) wondering around in the places no one interested in. When we do have to tick the box at the main attractions, we were rushed away without and time to look at them. We have to go back to redo the visit by ourselves for another 2 hours to make the trip a bit meaningful. We are really exhausted in the end. The worst tour ever. Waste of time and money.

    Had a great visit. Our guide Esther was fabulous and full of energy. Her English was good and had great knowledge. The only thing that could have been better were the meeting place instructions and parking info.

    The best part was getting to see how expansive The Alhambra and grounds are and to learn about the history. I wouldn’t recommend the tour for elderly visitors. Lots of steps and the guide was difficult at times to catch up with to hear all of the history. The radios lost signal when not in line of sight. Eventually we had to break off and return the radios and ear pieces to the office.

    Make sure to book a tour that includes the nasrid palaces, the most amazing part of Alhambra. This tour does not and they charge almost 3 times the amount of the tour if you want to include it later.

    It was a poor experience. The guide was Spanish and spoke with such a strong accent we struggled to understand her. This expensive trip dis not even allow entry to the Nastrid Palace which was not clear when booking the tickets.
