I downloaded before I left home as instructed and listened to part of it to be sure it was successful. When I arrived to Grand Canyon, I opened app and it said "no purchases." It took an hour on the phone with someone to find it and when I did, it didn't cover 45 stops as advertised.

The reason it was a terrible experience for us is because it was almost impossible to navigate where the start of the tour was. We had no direction. I suggest there be someone placed somewhere to get the guests your at least started. We wound up not using it at all.

Cheap phone service

I have a cheap phone service, so I didn't have any internet service to find the starting point of the tour. It still gave me several tips even though some were after I passed a point. If my phone servise was better this would of worked great/

This was our first trip to the Grand Canyon. We’re a family of 5 and didn’t want to spend $500+ on a tour. This self-guided tour did just the trick! I love how all we had to do was follow the map!

I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Grand Canyon. It was easy to use, very informative, and helped guide us through the park in an educational and efficient manor. It took away the guessing of where to stop and explained the importance of each recommended stop. You can complete at your own pace and take detours of interest and then return back to the recommended route.
