Well run excursion from start to finish

Tour guide picked us up on time and with a spotless van in Coco. On the way to Palo Verde, we stopped to watch the Ticos who work with oxen at the riverbeds collecting volcanic soil. The river boat ride was really interesting and there were only four people on it with two guides. We saw alligators, huge iguanas resting in trees, white faced monkeys, fruit bats and many species of birds. The lunch following was fantastic!

Such a great experience! Pepito (the owner) and Alejandro (our guide) were both amazing. They gave us great information about everything we saw along the way. We learned so much about the region and the culture too. We saw all the animals we had expected to see... crocodiles, iguanas, monkeys, etc.
