Pickup details

Shared shuttle is an option to travel comfortable from Liberia Airport to the hotel in zone 1 or from hotel in zone 1 to Liberia Airport. On road is in around 45 minutes to arrive at the hotel or at the Airport. A partner will be in the airport with a banner with the name of the traveler; waiting for customers to arrive, or in case if the pick up is in hotel costumer will wait the transportation in the lobby of the hotel and the driver will ask for the traveler's name.

Too hot to be standing around

When we went outside to look for sign that said my name. I didn't see it. So I called the transportation person. Mind you I'm still looking. Finally I asked the person on the to ask the driver to call out my name. This whole time I saw the driver and his partner. The guy had my name turned around so I couldn't see it. I told him I saw you standing here and you weren't showing any names. That's bad business. He came up with some lame excuse. I wasn't trying to hear it. This was our first time using this company and in Costa Rica. Sep 6,2019
