1. THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE TO OPERATE IS 4, we can try to make groups from different hotels, so it is important to book on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS. If we do not get the minimum, the tour must be canceled since it is not operational at a regular price. 2. We pick up in many other hotels in Guanacaste area, also AIRBNB or other private houses, just contact us. Once you make the reservation, we will let you know the pick up time.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a great time and our guide Daniel was very knowledgeable . Daniel was attentive to whatever we asked and made our daylong trip very enjoyable. The driver Luis ( not sure on spelling) did a great job. We especially enjoyed the sloths and added bonus visiting the small coffee and chocolate farm.

Excellent day trip and guide! Timely pick up and overall a great day. Was able to see multiple sloths, frogs and even the blue jeans frog. On the hanging bridges home we saw a viper and another green snake that had just eaten. Our guide was fantastic and we had several local stops to taste the delicious fresh fruits of Costa Rica!

This was a terrible experience. Had to take a $50 cab ride to the pickup spot and the tour guide never came. Had to take ANOTHER $50 cab ride back to our place.

Great tour worth the money!! Tour guide was helpful funny and knowledgeable. Going on this tour was very fun but it is a long day wear closed toed shoes or water shoes and bring a rain jacket! You are in the forest people come prepared!! Over great food was grea!

I will give 0 stars if available.794497550 confirmation#.first,the agent informed me he will get back to me in 5min to share the pick up time which never happened.the Costa Rican tour operator canceled my confirmed tour on the same day of the tour without contacting me.until I reached back the morning of tour-14.01.2021-to be surprised that they can’t have me on the tour .I requests my refund immediately.I don’t recommend them at all avoid dealing !!!

My brother and I had such a great experience on this trip that we not only booked an additional tour with this company the next day, but we also recommended it to our friends who went a few days later and booked our airport transfer when we were heading home. We loved spending time swimming in the waterfall, walking through the rainforest across suspended bridges, seeing butterflies, sloths, monkeys, iguanas, frogs and more. Our guide and driver were very knowledgeable and friendly - we really enjoyed them! The lunch was also very tasty! Tilapia cooked in the Costa Rican style!
