I ended up having a private tour! Honestly the best day of a four weeks trip. They contacted me the night before to make sure they picked me up at the right hotel. I had an amazing guide that knew so much about the history and showed me so many historical buildings in the city. Definitely recommend it!!!

Fabio was fantastic! Right on time for pickup, and he had great knowledge about the history of every place we went. Perfect pace, great mix of walking and driving, and some amazing sights that he made sure I was able to capture any photos along the way. Gustago is an excellent tour guide. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We saw all the main points in the center of the city, then he took us to a rooftop restaurant where we enjoyed dinner with a great view. We would never have been able to see Guatemala City on our own like this, I'm very glad I booked this tour.

For example, he didn’t mind that I wanted to spend a lot of time in the art gallery, and that I didn’t want to enter the cathedral at the end.
