We apologize for the delay in showing up. What appears to have happened is you booked a tour with us at the last minute giving the driver only 20 minutes to get to the destination for pickup. When we received the notice of tour he was immediately dispatched but the short notice resulted in him arriving late.
We will improve by putting a notice on our future ads that bookings must be at least 90 minutes before departure time to ensure enough time for transport to arrive at your location .
We do apologize for the problem and would like to offer you a free tour to make things right .
