Dissatisfying private tour

Totally overpriced private tour. While our guide was nice and pleasant and helpful in navigating with local transportation, he did not seem to be knowledgeable enough about the locations we visited. It was as if he was just coming along with us to enjoy sightseeings. I’ve had a few tours by Viator in USA and Europe and always felt very much satisfied. This tour is the only one I felt totally opposite.
