Amazing Company / Guide Five Star!!!
Brian_M, Nov 2022
I booked a trip with the company for myself and my (mildly) autistic son. We had some issues at the start of the tour with Jack's balance on the bike, however Backy our guide stepped in and was most than helpful. He was brilliant with myself and Jack. I can not thank the guys for helping us out, the treatment we received was absolute five star!!! We will be going on the tour when we return to Hamburg and will be recommending the tour to everyone we hear is going to Hamburg!!!
Great tour!

Loved the tour and the back street areas we got to see. Definitely recommend it. I am 61 and haven’t been on a bike in like 20 years and I could handle it. The guide was super knowledgeable and took us all over Hamburg.
Wonderful way to see the city

Learned a lot in a all German tour!

Quality bikes, and seeming quality and entertaining tour. I mistakenly chose the German version vs English. Didn’t matter because several lovely English speaking guests filled me. Hamburg is a bike friendly beautiful city and this tour made it accessible and entertaining. Highly recommend this tour.
Get to know Hamburg.

Very fun way to know Hamburg and it's beautiful spots. The tour guide had all the information needed about the city and he stopped every time we wanted photos.
Difficult to navigate
Joanne_M, Oct 2019
The guide was very good but riding itself was difficult due to the amount of people out and about. It was a lot of starting and stopping. We did see a lot of the city and learned some interesting facts too.
We saw it all!

An enjoyable way to spend 3 hours on a bicycle and see Hamburg. Our guide, Joeryn (spelling?) was very good and we learned a lot about Hamburg. The bikes were very comfortable. We highly recommend this company and tour.
Interesting and informative tour

Our guide Bertram gave us a great look around Hamburg, helping us get a feel for the city. It was an interesting insight and we thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tour. We were only in Hamburg for 2 nights and 1 full day and it was a good way of seeing a few of the sights and getting out and about.
Great highlight tour of Hamburg

We thoroughly enjoyed this bike tour! There were various stops along the ride which allowed us to briefly rest and rehydrate. We saw so much of Hamburg yet the ride was not strenuous at all. After learning so much about the city and it's history from our guide, Backy, we wanted to see and do more!

We were recently in Hamburg for only one day. Our scheduled bike tour was at 2:30pm, so we had the day to explore. We walked around the city for about 5 hours seeing many of the famous sites. After walking around for so long, we thought that the bike tour would be a waste because we felt we had seen a lot of Hamburg already. We were very wrong. Our tour guide, Phil, was extremely knowledgeable and took us to many sites we would never have found. He told us the history at each stop and took us to new and old places in the city. He was great! I was nervous about the tour because I was tired from walking for 5 hours, but there were many stops as Phil talked about each area. I'm not sure how he did it, but there were not many hills either. I would highly recommend this tour if you only have one day in Hamburg or at the beginning of your stay if you have several days. It gives you a good picture of this beautiful city.
Ok...but could improve a lot

We showed up at 10:15 - 4 hours before the tour was actually going to happen. It would have helped if the website was clear about when the German tour started (10:30) and when the English tour started (14:30.) An employee was nice enough to direct us to the #16 ferry to ride fo free. We filled our time with that and lunch. We came back at 14:15 and Denise greeted us and set us up with bikes. They were not as good as bikes we had in London or Paris, but were ok. My daughter's bike had to be changed out within a few hundred meters due to a chain issue. Denise was well-intentioned, but lacked the mastery of English or knowledge of Hambutg to provide meaningful value to the tour. I liked her, but that didn't overcome her inexperience. There was no briefing of any kind about the bikes, safety, or tour mechanics. It was, simply, get on your bike and follow me. It seemed we missed some landmarks (e.g. the German WW2 Memorial) and stopped at others of lesser significance (e.g. the old warehouse district and the church dome area.) It was hot and over 2 hours before we made a water stop. Denise rarely checked on people (one family had some issues with their young son) and several times we were separated by red lights. She eventually stopped, but I think people were stressed / anxious. I think bikes are the way to see Hamburg. You can cover lots of ground. But, compared to London and Paris, this tour was subpar. It could be a really good tour with some tweaks.

My father and I spend 4 days in Hamburg, and we are so glad that we took advantage of this Bike Tour in Hamburg. We decided to do it on our last day in Hamburg, and the tour is so complete that we got to see all the major attractions in 4 hours. Our tour guide Phillip was fantastic. I was a little nervous to ride a bike in the city that I am not familiar with, but most locals ride bikes in Germany, so what better way to experience this city than touring it like a local. Philip guided us and took us through routes that were full of nature and easy to ride and just a few routes on the streets with cars, so that was very nice because we got to enjoy nature too. This tour is designed for anyone including kids, and you will get to learn about the history of Hamburg, cross its bridges, see its canals and experience everything that the city has to offer. Phillip made multiple stops throughout the tour, and the 4 hours just went by super fast and his pace was good to be able to follow him. I really recommend this trip for anyone visiting Hamburg. It is a lovely city filled with history and amazing people.
