For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Incredible experience!

Fire dances were amazing but the entire luau was incredible! Food was delicious, drinks were great, and performers were 5 star performers.

The luau is a smaller venue which I think is great. More quaint. We had admission to the sea life park in our luau tickets and I didn’t realize it was a separate thing and that we had to go during sea life business hours. We missed out on that. Food was good and the show was entertaining.

Hands down most memorable moment was being asked by one of the beautiful sisters to come to stage and dance. 2nd most memorable moment, watching young cousin brother uncle 13,15 share their love for what their uncles have taught them of the culture. Despite missing our shuttle and driving ourselves this was a very outstanding experience. The food was awesome the entertainment was fantastic. This was a very good show. I was originally undecided if we would attend since the distance from our resort was about 40 minutes away. However, we did enjoy the scenic drive along the way. The entertainment was great! They did a great job keeping the crowd engaged and the views allowed for some memorable photos. With that being said, they could use some improvements on the food. It was a buffet style, uncovered from the elements and insects. The bugs were terrible. I've seem other buffet style luau and they still manged to have the food covered. The food was big for me so I can only give 3 stars.

Beautiful surrounding scenery! The show is captivating and the food was amazing! I would not suggest the early pickup as it got hot and we had a lot of extra time waiting even after seeing all of the sea life, but I highly suggest this show! The interactive components were a nice experience and overall a wonderful time!

The show was good, my family enjoyed the fire show. However, the food was so plain, nothing tasty at all, and actually all my family members got food poisoning after we went home (you named it, all symptoms). We thought we all end up in hospital that night, but we we were lucky that we were able to fly home.
