The tour guides were fantastic! They gave us lots of information about the hike and surrounding areas. The hike was was beautiful and we walked at a pace that was good for all. Waterfall was gorgeous! Had lunch a a high point where we enjoyed views of Honolulu. Definitely recommend this hike!

Nice hike but could do it on without guide

The hike itself is nice & easy. The waterfall is a great view. Our tour guides & driver were very nice & was very accommodating. However, I was hoping the tour guide could be more informative. Our guide didn't have a mic so what she did explain, it was hard to hear her. Also, she would only explain things once so only the people in the fromt could hear. It would have been better if she repeated things for those of us who was in the back of the line. Another weird thing, our guides went MIA for awhile but later explained they had to create marketing. The driver did continue the hike with us. Again, staff was very friendly but we expected to learn more about the trail & surroundings. This hike could be easy done without a guide.

Rainforest hike with little rain😁

It was wonderful, stuff were really helpfully, I recommend for everyone! The weather was little tricky in the morning but afternoon everything was gorgeous!

Recommended for those with less hiking experience

The guided tour is probably recommended for people with less hiking experience, if you hike often then you’re better off going without a guide. The waterfall is beautiful dont get me wrong but definitely no need for a guide. The provided food wasn’t all that great either.

The tour guides were super awesome. They were kind and social. It was a great hike with a delicious sandwich lunch from a local deli. One drawback is considering what level of a hiker you are. If you are advanced, which we are, it goes a little slow, as we had a variety of fitness levels in the group. I definitely suggest bringing plenty of water as it is humid.

Our guide Susuma was good fun! Shared a lot of great knowledge along the shuttle ride and the hike. The açaí bowl was delicious at the end of the hike! We also got a great view of Diamond Head and Waikiki while we enjoyed our food.

Beautiful waterfall. The hike up there was wonderful. The guides took their time and pointed out different things along the way. We got to go at our own pace but they made sure that everyone got back safe. It was like you were on the jungle. Highly recommend this.
