Jay arrived in a very clean car, inside and out. Prior to his arrival and the day before, he and I texted several times, lending to a sense of clarity and assurance that pickup would be perfect. After settling in for the ride to the port, the hotel where we stayed called to tell us that a couple of passports had been left behind. Jay had no problem circling back. I highly recommend Jay!

We arrived on time, our driver let us pick up luggage and depart the airplane, but our meeting point was confusing to locate

Driver was waiting for us at the airport with a sign that had my name. He helped us with our bags, and we were off! Dropped us at the hotel without incident. Driver was very friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

If I could give this service 6 stars I would! They were so proactive in communicating with me both the day before our arrival and on the day. As someone with a disability, it made such a difference in the disembarkation with thousands of passengers from the ship, to have someone waiting to meet me and direct me to the vehicle. All happened so smoothly and I was whisked away while hundreds of frustrated people queued for taxis and Ubers.
