Your driver will meet you at baggage claim at the Honolulu airport arrivals, assisting with your luggage so you can sit back and settle into your seat on the shuttle. This transfer is limited to 12 people to ensure minimal stops on the way to your destination. Be sure to upgrade to the lei option at checkout if you’d like fresh flowers for around your neck when you arrive.

I use Viator for my clients who are needing just a little more then a trip. My Clients traveled to Hawaii for the first time, and I rewarded them with a shuttle trip to the hotel. they just loved that they reached them as soon as the plane landed.

Agent called to tell me, where he was we met up with him and boarded our shuttle our driver Mike was very knowledgeable about the island and shared tips with everyone.

You could have prevented my stress and this terrible review by providing a contact phone for paid reservations that operates after business hours.Then I could have called and confirmed that I was not going to be stuck without a ride at night. I was still looking for the greeter after everyone else in the luggage area had departed and only the cleaners and security were left. The only way I even knew I hadn’t been forgotten was because a very nice woman from another tour group did know who to call to confirm I had not been forgotten. When I finally connected with the greeter, he said his call wouldn’t go through. My number is Canadian. Lots of us come to Hawaii!
Although I had a paid reservation, the van was full by then, except the front passenger seat. It had large boxes on the floor but was offered to me. I was tired, frustrated and just wanted to get to the hotel so I climbed in over the boxes which the driver removed only after I got in. That would have been fine, except the seat belt did not work-something he seemed to know when I asked him to help me with it.
The only positive I can offer is that the greeter and driver were friendly and positive.

There was virtually no wait for our greeter. She was there at the carousel as we were getting our luggage. We exchanged pleasantries and she placed lei’s around our necks. Our driver was just outside and took us directly to our hotel. We were so pleased with the service!
