What To Expect

Make your departure from Honolulu airport as convenient as possible with a shared transfer from the Honolulu Cruise Terminal or your hotel in Waikiki, Turtle Bay, Ko'olina or Kahala to your flight. A shuttle will arrive at your accommodations and bring you comfortably to the airport. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is limited to 12 people to ensure minimal stops along the way.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Speedy schutte is not Speedy

We had a 9:00 am pickup time for transfere from the cruise port to airport. Telephone message from Speedy schule the day before pickup said to meet at the statue of the sufer girl at the port. When got off the ship we could not find anyone that knew anything about the statue. I called the Speedy schutte and was told to find a woman in a red flowered shirt. After finding her we were told that she would call our names when it was time to board the schutte. After waiting for a half-hour we check back with her, and we were rudely told to wait until she called our names or will get on the van. We finally got on van to the airport at 10:30am, 1 & 1/2 hours after or pickup time, nearly missing I plane. I will not use or recommend Speedy schedule. It appears that they over booked and made very one to wait on one schedule van going back and forth to the airport. We were among the first to get off the ship and when we finally got on the schutte the port was nearly empty.

$19 to the airport from Twin Fin Hotel was a bargain compared to $39 from Uber! Hotel pick up was prompt. Driver loaded my luggage into the van. I was the last stop, so it was an easy drive to the airport. I was the first drop off. Driver helped unload my luggage. I will use this service again.

Very Poor Communication

I messaged and called the company the day before to see what time we would be picked up and no one responded or answered. Then when I called later in the evening, they were closed, even though their hours say 12:00 am - 11:50 pm. When I finally got a hold of the company at 8am the morning we were to be picked up, they stated they left a message at my hotel. Why would you leave a message with my hotel? I never gave you the hotel number, I never gave you my room number, and I didn't get the message. You have my cell phone number and my email address and the app has a messenger service. This is a case of VERY POOR communication. My entire party was in panic because we had no idea when the shuttle would arrive and we had to go to the airport. I had an uber on hold just in case. I don't understand why you would call and leave a message with the hotel. I am very disappointed in your service.
