Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Must do if in Bahias de Huatulco. Make sure you snorkel, it’s totally safe, and the crew members are with you at all times.

It worth it, I took the tour with my partner and we really had fun! The crew is nice they will check on you constantly and they even take the drinks to you. Personally i would recommend to grab beers and your favorite drinks/snack but it’s not actually needed. They have music, bathrooms and you can do snorkeling. We were really worried about those 7+ hours because we are not the type of people that can spend hours on the beach, but tbh time flies
