Great instructional and fun trip to visit several beaches and snorkel. Great and knowledgeable guides. The scenery is amazing, beautiful beaches not lots of people which was great. This region of Mexico is very keen on conservation and protection of animals and the environment. So glad the population is so environmentally conscious. Saw lots of wild turtles, dolphins, whales and pelicans. Fantastic!

The boat trip was not enjoyable. You sit together with 30+ other people, lots of crying and screaming babies and the music was so loud we couldnt talk to eachother. I cant imagine sealife would want to get near us with music blasting over the speakers like a party boat.

Lamberto showed up at the cruise pier on time, helped arrang snorkel gear and escorted us to the marina. Be sure you take sea sickness precautions! It appeared calm but as we got out to open water the rolling seas made some people nauseous. It was a well maintained, clean boat. The guide, Jose, spoke in clear English and Spanish throughout the tour. When we expressed concern about getting back on time for our departing ship we were assured we could come back early. We went to the snorkel beach first, beating the larger tours. It was fabulous! Coral reef was in pretty good shape and TONs of very colorful fish spread over a large area. Good guidance was given for snorkeling and we rented an umbrella and chairs for $15. Had no concerns about leaving our stuff unattended while we swam. There were the typical vendors ( very considerate) and people selling friut, fresh oysters and drinks. The tour boat offered soft drinks and water freely. Then we went to the public beach near Hualulco. Fun to watch the local youth playing in the high surf; there was also a calm shallow area for families with little ones. The restaurant was very expensive, most simple entrees were >$25 so we just had beers. It was a noisy, colorful scene. Musicians were busking and also many vendors that were more aggressive. It was still very enjoyable! As promised, Lamby Tours sent a driver and taxi to the beach so we could return to our ship on time. This tour was worth every penny. Jose kept checking in with us to be sure we were OK and to answer any questions. Go…enjoy!

Seamless transition from hotel to boat. The tour was all in Spanish but there was a guide on board that would translate everything to English for us. He was so personable and his English was great. The snorkel experience was amazing and the people on the beach serving drinks and snacks were lovely. Great way to see the bays!

The Scenic boat ride along the coast to the beach and seeing whales as a highlight. We spent twice as long at the beach as we were told (3 hours instead of 1 hour 40 minutes) so we didn't pay for a beach umbrella and really regretted being in the hot sun that long. In hindsight, I would have asked how much cash to bring because 1. I didn't have money for lunch as I mistakenly thought it was included and 2. we weren't prepared to buy drinks or beach umbrellas on the beach. #1 was totally my fault for not reading the fine print but I've never been on an excursion that didn't include lunch for the price. Lunch was good, but really pricey-$67 for 2 people with no drinks. The snorkeling was pretty cool!

The ridiculous mask 😷 mandate rules. It was for show. Made no sense at all. We were outside!!!! Stupidest thing I’ve ever witnessed. Cash grab every time we turned around. We went off on our own. Until it was time to return to boat. Life jacket rental was not necessary, plenty of them in the boat. It was nice to see a Whale and all the bays.

What a great experience! If you book with a different company, you’ll wish you had booked this tour. From start to finish we loved it! It starts early and we got to each of the spots before the crowds. The boat ride out to the first beach was beautiful! Charlie did a great job in English and Spanish. They made sure you knew what was going to happen. We had a fantastic time snorkeling (you have to rent the snorkel gear before getting on the boat). Then we went to a beautiful beach for lunch. It was perfectly timed and very enjoyable. Go on this if you want some fun in the sun and water. Amazing day! Bring a backpack!! I only took a small clutch and wish I had brought my backpack. You can bring drinks (beer) on the boat and Henry was so attentive! Don’t forget sunblock! Absolutely bring cash and rent and umbrella and chairs on the first beach. Lamby, Charlie, and Henry and everyone are all so welcoming and truly made our day! The crew works well together and it’s an all around great experience. Everything was perfect. I cannot stress how good it was to be the first ones there. Other boats came later but we already had great spots secured in both locations. We saw other boats that had so many people on them, then they had to wait and get ferried to the beach on smaller boats. They also picked us up right from our accommodations which was so convenient and we really appreciated it.

Overrated tour on a long hot day

Advertised as bilingual tour but interpreter stopped translating to English about 10 minutes into the cruise. At first beach stop 40 minutes later I asked him to please translate as we couldn’t understand a thing. Very long day (2 hours)on a hot beach with no shade unless you paid for an umbrella. 2nd stop at a spendy restaurant so bring $$. We spent another two hours there. Food was fresh tho. Photographer on board offered photos to all Mexicans, only excluding us. We didn’t leave a tip due to feeling very slighted as non Mexicans. Usually enjoy Viatours but this was not one of them! If you advertise a bilingual tour then follow through with your promise.

Everything was great the boat ride the tour guide especially the two young gentleman that took us snorkeling The only thing disappointing was the lunch that we had they didn’t bring us what we ordered and then they tried to add in the tip on the bill without us noticing it
