You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had the best wine tour with Vanessa.. Her knowledge of the region is great and uses this to piece together a tour to suit your palate.. We were lucky enough to take her up on The Private Pet Friendly Tour and I cannot recommend her highly enough for this. With our Stanley 7mth old Kelpie in tow, he was catered to like a king.. 100% We will be back for another tour
