Sorry to hear your experience wasn't up to scratch. I have looked at your booking and we had a Covid issue with that day and couldn't accommodate all our guests, so we did use another company for your bookings which we did inform you of.
That is also the reason we couldn't confirm the wineries earlier in the week.
I have checked and the partner company does not provide a pairing as we do, so i feel you have not gotten the level of tour we provide.
We are greatly affected by Covid, but we do have standards to uhold, so sorry for this and will contact you directly to see how we can fix it up.
