Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Best Hunter Valley Tour!

Vanessa was an amazing host! And made the best day picking us up from our hotel and taking us to amazing places. Will definitely be rebooking with Vanessa when I return to Hunter Valley.

We had the best time with our amazing host Vanessa. Nothing better than a private tour of some fantastic boutique wineries with a highly knowledgeable and entertaining host. The chocolate and wine pairing was a highlight. Will be back with more friends to see more of the beautiful Hunter Valley. Really great value, quality experience. Thank you!

This was a great tour!!!! Vanessa the guide was bubbly, relaxed and very friendly. The pick up from our hotel was seamless and the van comfortable and clean. Vanessa’s communication leading up to our tour was also excellent. The choice of venues was great, offering a good variety, including wine, spirits, cheese and chocolate. The included lunch meal was delicious and so big that we had left overs to take away with us! The pace of the day was relaxed and comfortable. Would highly recommend this private tour to anyone wanting to explore the Hunter Valley :-)
