Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our driver, Peater, was waiting at the exit with my name so we easily spotted him. The van has huge and spacious. All 7 of us were seated comfortably. Before flying to Korea, Peater and I have been communicating via whatsapp. It made it a lot easier and made me less anxious. Highly recommended. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I was skeptical because the price was so reasonable. Even cheaper than taking the limousine bus since there were 9 of us. The driver spoke little English but was professional and really friendly. He met us at after we cleared immigration and was holding a sign with our name. He told us to wait as he was parked in the parking lot and will bring the van around and park in the loading area. After 10 minutes, he was back and helped with our luggage. We had 9 people and was afraid there would not be enough room for luggage. The van was spacious and had room for 12. Highly recommended.
