We had a great time on the boat tour! Got to spend plenty of time at each of the stops - the cenote (swam in the cool water, took in the views, enjoyed the snack/refreshment bar), Passion Island (huge sandbar) and Bird Island (saw flamingos!). Our boat driver was friendly and engaging. Would recommend!

Waste of time

Trip was 20 minutes late getting started and ended 5 minutes early. Guide did not speak English. The cenote was very small and had so many people in it you were bumping into other people

Thank you very much for your comment, we remind you that the activity is shared and many times we have to wait for other clients as you would like them to wait for you, the cenote is a fresh water spring and it is small, we have photos of the activity so you know where will they go

The company was OK. Viator gave the wrong directions

Viator send me to the wrong meeting place. On the other side of the island. Thanks to a friendly Mexican who phoned the company I was picked up by a motorcycle and delivered to the right meeting point. Very bad!

The cenote is not a real cenonte . Its a construction to be similar as a cenote . The guide we have supposed to have is inexistant . He s just tell you « u arrive here u have 1 hour to enjoy the place … « The passion ilsland is full of boats and poeple !! No one is caring about the environment , the birds and all the species living there. who r terribly disturbed by the boats with music and all the tourists , The island must limits the numbers of poeple each day !!! We definitely don’t recommand this tour …

Traveling by boat to the Yahalau Cenote was beautiful. Our guide provided great history of the area and insight into the best time to come to see the whale sharks, etc.

Great way to explore around the island

Had a very nice tour guide that gave explanations in both English and Spanish about the islands and animals we saw. We had about 30 mins-1 hour to explore each stop which was plenty of time. The price included a taxi pickup from our hotel. Overall it was a lovely time and we were happy with the tour.

Definitely worth the tour. Got to see the different parts of the island. My favorite part was the cenote. You have to do this while in Holbox.

Great tour! Our tour guides were pretty informative and had answers to all our questions. The islands were so quiet and filled with nature. We saw lizards, flamingos, stingrays, and all types of beautiful birds. Diving into the cenote is like diving to another multiverse.

Premier arrêt au cenote Yalahau (payer 100 pesos supplémentaires par personne) ensuite nous sommes allés à la Isla de la Pasion avec un arrêt baignade et nous avons terminé l’excursion à Punta Mosquito. Prix de l’excursion raisonnable.

Vieram buscar ao hotel à hora marcada de carrinho de golf. A viagem de barco fez-se bem, o guia era simpático. O tempo em cada lugar é suficiente e valeu a pena!

Nous sommes vraiment déçu par cette excursion! Nous sommes partis avec 20 min de retard, a attendre sur le quai, notre guide, aussi gentil soit il, ne nous a absolument rien expliqué, il était juste là pour nous dire le temps que nous avions a chaque escale, le capitaine n’en parlons pas, il allait tellement vite que, comme tous les passagers il se prenait des vagues dans la figure et donc il ne regardait plus « la route » et lâchait les commandes très régulièrement… Pour une sortie en bateau, ne pas pouvoir regarder les alentours est quand même bien dommage, nous prenions tellement d’eau dans la figure qu’il valait mieux se couvrir et regarder ses pieds ! De même nos affaires étaient absolument innondées, serviettes, vêtement, sac, TOUT, car aucun petit coffre ou recoins sous les sièges pour les protéger, seuls le guide et le capitaine ont vite rangé les leurs dans la petite cale du bateau quand l’eau devenait trop abondante. Pour ce qui est des arrêts, Punta Mosquito joli banc de sable et eau bleu, Isla passion toute petite avec beeeeeaucoup de touristes, un mirador avec une jolie vue (notre bateau y est tombé en panne nous avons dû attendre 20 min supplémentaire qu’un autre bateau viennent nous chercher), et la cenote Yalahau qui n’en est pas vraiment une, plutôt une piscine naturelle, jolie mais petite, avec sur place un restaurant pas bon, des jolis hamacs, un mirador sympa, mais sans plus encore une fois. Nous nous faisions une joie de cette sortie, et si c’était à refaire nous ne le referions pas

Croyez-moi, ni les capitaines ni les guides n'aiment se mouiller. Nous essaierons d'informer davantage les clients sur la météo. Esperábamos más de este tour. Lo único que vale la pena es el cenote al que te llevan. No nos llevaron a isla pájaros en cambio si a otra parte de Holbox a la que puedes llegar caminando.
