What To Expect

Arrive at a central meeting point in the morning to board your ferry to Isla Mujeres. During the half-hour ferry journey, admire the scenery and help yourself to a pastry from the complimentary continental breakfast.

At Isla Mujeres' Garrafon Reef Park, make your way to the VIP entrance, skip the line and get changed in the private VIP locker room. Choose from adults-only or family-friendly areas with separate showers, lockers and pools.

Bicycling, snorkeling and kayaking equipment are included in your VIP access; all distinctly different ways to explore the park's scenery. Take a stroll down the walking path that leads through a lovely sculpture garden and by a lighthouse to Punta Sur. Ziplining is available at an additional cost.

Eat at the VIP buffet featuring salmon, shrimp and sushi, or hit the snack bar for more casual fare like hot dogs, hamburgers and chicken wings. Enjoy unlimited drinks from the open bar.

After lunch, find a hammock in which to snooze or read a book, or return to the VIP lounge to try out the jacuzzi.

At the end of your relaxing, luxurious or adventure-filled VIP day, climb aboard the ferry for your ride back to Cancun.

Please note that the tour DOES NOT include pick up at the hotel and starts from our meeting point: Marina Aquatours - Km 6.5, Blvd. Kukulcan, Hotel Zone Cancun, Q. Roo. If you are staying in Isla Mujeres, getting to the park is very easy. Garrafon Reef Park is located at the southern point of the island facing Cancun. You just need to take a taxi at any spot of the island or outside your hotel you should find a taxi base.
We have 2 ferry services according to your booked program: at 9:00 am and 11:00 am.
The use of a safety vest is required for some Garrafon water programs.
Most travellers can participate
Please note that the arrival point for your return will be Playa Langosta. Consider this information if you, for example, leave a car in Marina Aquatours.

Not what I hoped it would be

This activity left plenty to be desired. The food was only fair. There is no swimming beach and only a small area to drop in and snorkel. Also a small area for kayaks and paddle boarders. No bikes. No towels. Could not explore the island. Small pool. Bathrooms not well-kept. No cameras allowed on the zip line so if you want memories you HAVE to buy the photos they take of you. It would have been an ok place to go for a few hours but definitely not all day. The kids (13 and 17) got bored pretty quickly. It also cost a decent amount to taxi to and from the marina, so remember to add that cost in. The crew of the ferry and on the island were nice. The island is very pretty, with a beautiful ocean view. Would have liked to be able to wander around and explore more.

Had a great time. Separate areas meant never having to worry about finding a table or lounge chair. Staff was fantastic and attentive. We have done the park 5 times at least... but the VIP is worth every penny. Had a great time. And a real bargain for a full day.

Great day lots to do. Staff was friendly and courteous. Only complaint was that the boat that brought us back to Cancun dropped us off a a different place that where we started. Other than than would recommend to everyone that wants to spend a day zip line snorkeling laying on the beach shopping in town, to book this tour. and being treated like a VIP to book this tour.

The tour people were great and helpful. Unfortunately, it rained most of the day and we did not have a chance to enjoy the island. Did have some time before the rain to walk out to the lighthouse and sculpture garden. Will probably try this again next year.

Very nice day and we snorkled first. This was important, as the lines got long. We had a great time and the food in the VIP area was great. At the VIP food lounge, you are able to get various drinks and also sit outside and enjoy the island breezes. I had a great time and so did the rest of my group. We would book with Viator again!

My family (included 13 and 10 yr old kids) would not do this again. I'll admit the zipline was fun and included even though they don't tell you until we asked. Bike tour is for adults only. Can't get to punta sur from within the park. Snorkeling was mediocre. The food and VIP lounge was OK.

We water was beautiful! We thought we would be able to either kayak or snorkel just as the brochure stated but both were closed. We did enjoy the unlimited food and drinks and the private pool. The waiters and cook were nice.

unverschämt teuer!!!! Man zahlt eine Menge Geld einmal mit einer Zip Line zu fahren und um in einem kleinen begrenzten Bereich wo es kaum Fische und nur ein totes Riff gibt herum zu schnorcheln!!! Die Amerikaner nutzen den Ausflug einfach nur als Saufgelage, weil die Getränke ja kostenlos sind. Aber der Ausflug an sich und was man dort geboten bekommt ist für diesen teuren Preis ein Witz!!! Nicht machen!!!
