Great experience, cautious of “free pictures” we tipped exorbitantly for

Loved the experience! First snorkel location we saw SO MANY FISH; 2nd and 3rd less so but still so many. A stingray, swam through schools of fish, the underwater museum, all of the views were incredible. Was beautiful and breathtaking. I’d say you get ready & walk for 1 hour, snorkel for about 2 hours. Drinks and a small lunch provided at end. My complaint is we were told- right before we tipped- that pictures the guide Diego took underwater would be “free” BUT prompted us to tip. So we then tipped $1,000 pesos, and have been emailing them 3 days in a row and they won’t send the pictures.

It was everything I wanted and more. I didn't care anything about partying on a catamaran or an open bar. I just wanted to look below the surface of the beautiful Caribbean. The tour took us to 3 different places, all with their own kind of beauty. Diego was a skilled guide who gave some extra help to this senior citizen traveling solo. His warmth and personality were a highlight of the day. I have pictures in my head I will long remember and I can't wait to see the pictures Diego sends.

The snorkeling itself was nice and the crew seemed to be good at first. However, I was charged for my lost goggles that I 100% knew I handed back to the crew while getting back on the boat after the last tour. I truly believe they were trying to con me for additional money. I simply paid and went on my way. I would definitely suggest snorkeling in cancun but possible with a different company if possible.

We had a wonderful trip with Kevin, Diego and Diana who looked after us so well. We got to see lots of fish, the underwater museum and we even seen a Turtle! We highly recommend this company as it's very well run, really nice staff, competitive prices and we had a great experience.

Our guide was pleasant, but didn't tell us very much about the fish or corals. It was mostly "jump in now!" and "follow me!". In general the trip was very nice, we saw a sea turtle, barracuda, blow fish and sting rays. There wasn't that many corals, mostly seaweeds and sand, so that was a bit disappointing. The underwater museum was not as impressive as the pictures you've seen, we only saw a small part of it. But overall it was a nice trip with pleasant straff. It was nice that there was only about 10 passengers in total. :)

We had a great time with Diego snorkeling off isla mujares. Diego was very attentive and pointed out lots of fish, stingrays, and items of interest in the underwater park and helped with all our equipment. Would highly recommend this tour because you get enough time out to be in the water at the three spots and have a good portion left of the day to explore the island before taking a ferry back. The meet up point at their office is also easy to find.

Such an amazing experience!! It was my very first time snorkeling and I was doing it solo. I was absolutely terrified, but the crew and the people on board really put me at ease! I’m so glad they did because I wouldn’t have wanted to miss out on such an incredible experience. The boat rides were smooth, the ceviche was so so good, the fish were fun to swim with. We even saw a turtle. If you’re debating about this trip, please don’t!!!! BOOK IT! You’ll be glad you did.
