Glad I went, but wouldn't do it again

In many ways the trip was what I was expecting it to be: we got on a boat, went around the mangroves, saw crocodiles and birds, and went back. However the customer service of the outfitter was lacking: we were picked up late in a beat up car with his friend in the front seat, the driver didn't buckle his seat belt so the warning sound blared for 15 min straight, our actual guide was nice but inexperienced and couldn't identify some of the wildlife we came across.
Our boat captain was exceptional, and without him the experience would've been a lot worse.
