We enjoyed our tour today. Our driver Allen was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the areas. The boat ride was great. It was very relaxing. My wife and I truly enjoyed the music, rum punch, and Cocktails. The saxophone player on the beach was a plus! Beautiful water & white sand all around. I would give it 10 🌟 's if I could. Definitely a must do in BEAUTIFUL Costa Rica. 🇨🇷

This was a superb boat trip to a most beautiful location . On board we were well looked after with regular snacks and drinks as well as an onboard dj playing a great mix. We were well informed throughout and made welcome throughout the day. Brilliant trip

The transfer bus was nice and comfortable. The boat was crowded and dirty. There were not enough chairs on the beach for my family to sit together. The snorkeling was not worth it.

We had a group of 12 ranging in age from 12 - 53 and had a wonderful time. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even reserved 12 seats on the beach with umbrellas for our group when we returned from the snorkeling portion. They also had everyone sing me happy birthday and gave me a free birthday drink. The banana boat ride was also amazing. Can't say enough good things about the workers on this trip.

The boat was extremely overpacked. There were people standing and some sitting on coolers. There were many of us with different packages. The food was ok. It was not a buffet- it was a lunch line. One of each fish and chicken or one piece total. Rum was free but anything else started at $8 (they don’t mention this at all until the end-they just bring you drinks like it’s a treat). Some of the scuba equipment is questionable and they don’t go over it with you at all. It wasn’t a horrible trip but was definitely questionable for the cost

If you’re looking for a relaxing beach day/ boat trip this is a great experience. The boat ride to the island is about 90min. You have the opportunity to go snorkeling and ride a banana boat. You are offered a variety of drinks and snacks throughout the whole day and lunch was a great meal! The shuttle from and to your hotel is very convenient.

Cattle herd screaming kids, 2 hours from a Jaco 7 pickups. Boat ride hot as ——-, not enough seats, beach you’re herded like cattle into specific spot, then buffet, but your fed by locals, portions like you’re in a mental health hospital. You sit in sun until 4pm, then herded on boat, but you have to get in line like getting led to slaughter, after the bus f driver drops off his buddy’s which shouldn’t be on bud, we head to Jaco 2 hours 9:30 pm I’m exhausted and starving.

Hello. We regret that our services have not been to your liking regarding the children on the bus. We are a family tour and we do not have restrictions for any member of the family. Unfortunately, that day the traffic on the national highways was very heavy and there were long lines in all the options. Due to this issue, a 45-minute journey turned into 2 hours. It should be noted that they were festive dates in the country and the roads collapsed.

This excursions was delightful! The staff was amazing attending to your every need. The boat ride is 2 hours one way so be mindful of that. Snorkeling was fun but the water a little too murky to see anything. Overall I LOVED this. Our driver from Jaco was Hugo and a lovely man. I would recommend.

first of all the bus never came and got us 😒 I was up at 6am waiting for some to come pick us up from the Bestweasten house in San Jose Costa Rica. I'm still waiting for a full refund from. This company I will never do business again. And would not recommend anyone to use them.

Good morning. Thank you for your comment, I clarify what happened: 1. She made her reservation leaving from Jacó and put a completely different hotel than the one where she was staying instead of boarding "Best Western Jacó Beach". 2. The PB1695 bus waited at the hotel that you set for pick-up for 15 minutes, as it was not there, we proceeded to mark the no show as indicated in our policies. 3. When calling the office at 6:30 am, the buses were out of San José and we couldn't return, as they were an hour from the hotel. We regret that due to a mistake outside us they could not enjoy the Bay experience.

This is the boat tour to do for ISLA Tortuga!!!! Great time for Couples, Families, Single , and big groups. The service was the best I have experience in my time in Costa Rica. Food and drinks at every turn!! Dj had the best hits and energy. The food was great all through the day. Pro tips -Bring a speaker and towels for the beach. -Don't be scare to mingle with people on the beach and the boat. -Come with the Pura Vida Vibes. -When you get to the Island there are a lot of actives to do. -Bring lots Cash for snacks and drinks on the island. Actives can take card.

Friendly staff, perfect day trip

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly - my grandma relies on a walker or wheelchair to get around. The staff was able to safely get her on and off the boat, onto the beach and would frequently check on her. Tortuga Island was beautiful and the perfect day trip!
